Very rude staff at the reception. We booked a room with AC, but they didn't have any in this huge, empty and atmosphereless hotel. Whe we complained about it they asked us to cancel the reservation and to look to another hotel, which we refused.
We asked them to put 2 cooling fans in the room and to compensate us, but the refused.
We had to wait 3 full hours(!) Sitting in the corridors floor(!)
Only after Trip.com 's customer service (always very good and helpful) called the hotel's manager the problem was resolved.
NEVER AGAIN IN THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL!

很棒的酒店，此行選擇最好的一家，房間大，有陽台觀景，洗漱間超大，乾濕分離，房間還提供了加濕器。自助早餐也很食品也很豐富。

整個酒店莊園環境很好，小孩到處跑玩，拍照每張都是大片👍酒店餐廳無論是早餐還是中晚餐出品都很好👍服務態度也很好，看我們很晚才吃飯也不會催促走人，很有耐心👍
