Environment: The hotel is located in a village by the Nanxi River. The environment is very good. The B&B itself is super beautiful. You can drink tea in the lobby and overlook Nanshan Mountain. There is also a self-built cafe, vegetable garden, and wheat field in front of it, all of which are super beautiful! It is within five kilometers of Lion Rock and Lishui Street, so it is very convenient to drive.
Facilities: Just opened in 24 years, the Italian minimalist decoration style is very comfortable and high-end. The facilities and supplies in the house are of good quality~
Hygiene: You need to put on slippers when entering the hotel lobby from outdoors. This is quite special. It feels like you have returned home after entering the lobby, which is more warm. The main color of the B&B is white inside and outside, very clean ~

AAnonymous UserI went to Wuma Street, Jiangxin Island and other places in Wenzhou. I looked around the hotels in Lucheng District and felt that the price-performance ratio was average. Finally, I saw this five-star hotel in Yongjia next door. It was affordable and I decided to stay there.
Location: The hotel is a bit remote, and the surrounding area is very dilapidated and demolished. It feels that it is still to be developed, but it is convenient if you drive by yourself. It is less than 20 minutes away from Jiangxin Island, and it is easy to drive without traffic.
Facilities: It is relatively complete according to the five-star standard. There are sufficient parking spaces in the underground parking garage and charging piles. The lobby has a high ceiling, but the front desk is set on one side and is a little bit inconsistent with the lobby style. The front desk checked in quickly and upgraded the room type. The room style is simple and spacious, with complete facilities in the room. The toiletries in the bathtub are L'Occitane.
Service: Fruit plate and Tremella soup were delivered on the first night, and Starbucks was also delivered.
Breakfast: The room includes breakfast, and the breakfast restaurant is on the top floor, 23 floors. It should be good to have a good view by the window, but unfortunately the outside is being demolished and renovated, and the view is not good. The dishes have many local characteristics of Wenzhou, but the taste needs to be improved.
In general, the price-performance ratio is very high, and I will stay here again if I have the chance next time I go to Wenzhou.

I thought the snacks at the front desk were delicious, so the lady grabbed a handful for me and placed them on the bedside of the room. There are also a lot of free services in the QR code. In terms of hygiene, the room is very clean. I went out with friends to play. There are many restaurants nearby with food and drink. Takeaways can also be delivered upstairs. The overall feeling is quite good. I will have the opportunity next time. Will come and stay again.

Daryl at the front desk is professional and caring, and the business ability is superb, making people feel at home as soon as they enter the store. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly, and the sanitary conditions were frequently praised, and the stay was particularly comfortable. The breakfast is rich and varied, which can meet the needs of different tastes. Surprisingly, the 9th floor is also equipped with a gym and laundry room. GGuest UserFor a walk-and-go trip, take the expressway directly from Cangnan, get off the expressway near your destination and turn left to extend the creekside road. The scenery along the creek is beautiful, and the water is so clear and beautiful that I kept driving and taking pictures on the road beside the creek in order to appreciate the scenery. Here it is said that you can get off the expressway and go left for about 20 minutes to reach the Changshouhua Inn. The location is called Yanshang Village. The whole village is clean and tidy under the new rural construction. The villagers have rich culture and entertainment, and the folk customs are simple! The first thing you see when you arrive at Changshouhua Inn is an extra-large kiwi, green plants, succulents, morning glory, and roses in front of the door (Boss Zhou cultivates his character👍). There is a flower garden corridor on the right side of the inn, and there is a small pool at the back. The water in the pool is cold and refreshing! The key point is that the quick trip happened to coincide with the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the arrival time coincided with dinner. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, the boss’s husband cooked a sumptuous dinner. I am especially grateful to the innkeeper for kindly inviting me, a foreigner, and the boss’s family. Everyone has a reunion dinner (actually I am a little embarrassed, but it will become a lifelong memory of mine). The grandmother of the innkeeper’s family is still chatting and laughing 90% of the time and has a cheerful personality. Is this why the longevity flower got its name? For dinner, we drank home-brewed rice wine with the boss's kindness. After dinner, it was still early and we went to the streamside park alone (100 meters walk). The female owner of the inn, whose surname is Zhou Zhou, is in her teens. She is a college student and an English teacher. She may have the advantage of being able to speak English. The owner receives a lot of foreign friends. Because he likes peace and quiet, the innkeeper gave up his luxurious life in the city and returned to the countryside to live the ordinary life he wanted.
