一般。早晨起來一股鴨屎味。旁邊就是菜地。停車場大概走百來米。

設施：設施陳舊。
衞生：衞生不咋地，我沒想到到處會有灰塵，還有廁所頂上有蜘蛛網。一次性拖鞋也沒有。
環境：一般，靠近麗水古街。周邊比較多吃的。
服務：老闆娘服務挺好的，節假日，街頭巷尾都停滿了車，老闆娘有自己的小院子給客人停。所以大家沒地方停車可以打電話給老闆娘。

民宿位置挺好的，周圍吃的很多，離麗水老街挺近的。就是停車有點困難。民宿有電梯。房間空間還不錯的，衞生間有個燈開關壞了關不上，晚上關着衞生間的門睡覺的。隔音一般，睡眠質量差的可能需要耳塞。去漂流的碼頭也蠻近的。

昨天晚上入住的時候，酒店説衹有最後一間大床房。窗户是內窗，但是我們想着最後一間的話應該也不會太差。結果入住到房間一看。房間是榻榻米。但是榻榻米邊上的木地板上灰層。煙灰。包括茶桌上全是灰塵，幾乎就是衹換了床單。其餘都是沒有打掃。我們都忍了。結果第二天下去的時候電梯好的。回來告訴我們臨時檢修。衹能硬着頭皮爬樓梯。二樓遇見打掃衞生的阿姨，告訴我們酒店12點退房。客人幾乎都走了。所以電梯關了。可笑至極。
