服務：住過那麼多家沒有過服務態度這麼糟糕的全季。是還沒有培訓好就上崗了嗎？
設施：一樓休息區域位置有限，一堆人辦理入住的時候根本不夠坐
衞生：廁所馬桶的紙巾表層一看就是之前用濕的手直接拿的，細節太差了。
位置：位置還可以，距離五馬街五六公里的樣子，温州打車也挺便宜的，算得上方便的。
環境：還可以

房間很大，還帶小客廳，可能住的是半夜房，價格優惠很多，東西落酒店了，還找回來了，附近小吃很多。

1️⃣ **衞生問題嚴重，沙發污漬觸目驚心**
房間沙發表面有明顯大片污漬（疑似飲料或油漬），甚至有多處發黑痕跡，保潔明顯敷衍了事，第一眼就讓人對酒店衞生狀況產生嚴重懷疑。
2️⃣ **隔音效果形同虛設，徹夜難眠**
走廊腳步聲、隔壁客人説話聲甚至電梯運行聲清晰可聞，夜間多次被噪音驚醒，堪比"立體環繞音效"。向前台反饋後僅得到"會記錄"的敷衍迴應，毫無改善。
3️⃣ **地板受潮發黴，異味刺鼻**
地面有明顯水漬浸泡痕跡，部分區域地板翹起，伴隨濃重的潮濕黴味，疑似長期未徹底處理。開窗通風仍無法消除異味，擔心存在黴菌污染隱患。
4️⃣ **枕頭設計反人類，頸椎抗議**
枕頭填充物分佈不均，過高且毫無支撐力，躺下後脖頸懸空整夜痠痛，更換備用枕頭後依然不適，嚴重懷疑酒店是否做過睡眠舒適度測試。
5️⃣ **攜程訂單退款爭議，扣費不合理**
通過攜程預訂兩日連住（價格相同），因體驗極差提前退房。酒店方以"系統規定"為由多扣費用，攜程協調後仍未能合理解釋扣費標準，存在消費陷阱嫌疑。
