Club Med Beidahu

This is my second time going back to ClubMed Beidahu. I chose ClubMed because it is all-inclusive, with three meals a day, evening performances and activities, and unlimited drinks at the bar. . . The most important thing is that it includes ski tickets and group lessons with ski instructors. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, the GOs are very welcoming. The village chief Harrison is from Canada, handsome and energetic. The front desk manager Sal is often on duty at the front desk to receive guests and handle guest issues, and also helped me upgrade my room. The desserts at the buffet this year were my favorite. They looked great and tasted great. BTQ Ada, whom I met when I went to Yabuli the first year, was in Beida Lake this season and greeted me warmly in the store. The boutique manager Yoli also had a great chat with me during the shopping process. It turned out that she has been in ClubMed for more than 10 years and has been to many countries and regions. I look forward to seeing GO, whom I know, when I go skiing in Japan in the future. I met David, the principal of the ski school, in Yabuli and last year in Beida Lake. This makes us three years old. There are also Beida Lake ski coaches Bella Jia Peng Leon Nick, etc., who are all very enthusiastic and professional. I met HR sister Sue at the ski class last year. She helped me receive the ski equipment this year and we got along very well. ClubMed's back-office staff also go to the front line to interact with guests. The culture is so interesting. Will come again next snow season.

There were few people at the end of the snow season, but the service did not decline due to the small number of people. Special thanks to Angel at the front desk. She added WeChat early to inform me of the precautions and helped me upgrade the room. She asked about my needs every day and provided very good service. All the GOs and coaches were so warm and friendly. They would say hello when they met. I brought my second baby with me this time. She loved it here. I met a lot of friends. There were rich meals and activities every day, skiing during the day and parties at night. 5 nights were not enough 😂. Consider coming back at the end of the year

The hotel is generally good. The sanitation is very clean and the porters take the luggage to the door of the room. Except that the hotel corridor is a bit cold, everything else is good! The restaurant is also great, serving both Chinese and Western food.

Club Med Libu Beidahu Resort is well-known. I checked in on the evening of March 4th after being introduced by a relative. The front desk staff, Elva, helped me check in and was very warm and friendly. She introduced the hotel's various services and I felt at home. At the same time, she can handle and provide feedback on any problems encountered during the check-in process in a timely manner. Such a nice staff deserves praise and we will stay here again if we have the chance.

The service is generally satisfactory, GO is also very enthusiastic, there are fewer food choices (compared to other Clubmeds I've been to before), and the cleanliness is given three stars because there are a lot of bugs in the room (giving it three stars is already considered restraint). I've stayed in many hotels and 5 Clubmeds, and this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. The explanation is that the ski resort is close to the mountain and it is easy to have bugs. Which hotel in the ski resort is not close to the mountain? Do other hotels have bugs too? They also said that the temperature has risen recently, which makes it more likely for bugs to appear. But when we went to Clubmed SAHORO at the end of March last year, the temperature was also very high, so why were there no bugs? It’s hard for me to have the courage to go to Beida Lake Clubmed again!
