You can just think of it as an old motel.
First of all, the smell of cigarettes was so strong that I got a headache as soon as I entered.
The air conditioner was so dusty that I don't know when it was cleaned. It was not maintained at all. I don't recommend it if you are going as a couple.

The location is close to Singal IC, but it is an old building, so the room smells. If you arrive earlier than the check-in time, they blatantly ask for money, which was unpleasant.
