"Ocean view from room balcony and close to the cultural & F&B experience spot Gala. Direct access to beach and lovely to listen to waves to sleep and wake up.  Love the spaciousness in the room and amenities are good. Staff are helpful. Convenient transfer from hotel to airport. Unfortunately If not driving it’s hard to go to Yomitan town to get food or walk around because the estate was surrounded by fields and village houses and some graves."

"Our recent stay at the Grand Mercure Okinawa Cape Zanpa Resort was memorable and enjoyable. While the location does require driving to access nearby conveniences such as restaurants and stores, the hotel itself offers ample amenities that enhance the experience. The breakfast selection is exceptional and not to be missed, catering well to a range of tastes and preferences. Families will find the resort particularly appealing, with child-friendly facilities that promise a fun and engaging stay. We were particularly taken by the variety and popularity of the snacks and drinks offered at the open bar on the first floor. We look forward to returning during the summer season to take full advantage of the water park and pool facilities. For the onsen, I was fortunate I was able to purchase tattoo covers over the reception counter."

"Everyone should be aware that this hotel doesn't accommodate children. However, my children are already older. The hotel is very quiet, and the pool bar serves breakfast, drinks, and snacks all day, regardless of booking. If you don't mind, you might be able to see a cemetery... haha, but I didn't mind anyway. Snorkeling is available nearby, giving it a very vacation-like feel."

"The location is very close to the lighthouse, with vending machines next to it and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient for self-driving travelers. There are also instructions for automatic check-in procedures for late arrivals, and washing machines and dryers are available for use."

"We stayed in a twin room for two people without meals. There was no information about amenities on the website, so I emailed them and received an answer the next day. I had trouble finding the hotel on the day, so I called them and they told me where it was, and I managed to find it. There was a sign in front of the hotel, but it wasn't a hotel-like building, and the entrance was like an ordinary house, so it took courage to ring the intercom. There was a room with a lock when you enter the entrance, which was like an ordinary house, but I think it was probably originally an ordinary house. There were some places where the floor looked like it was about to dent, but it seemed to be properly cleaned. My child said there was hair on the bed and ants on the floor. There were towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the bathroom, but the shower and faucet were difficult to use because you had to turn the faucet every time. There was a hair dryer in the room, but no toothbrush set, etc., and although Wi-Fi was free to connect, there was no TV in the room. We were told that we could use the living room freely except from 11pm to 7am, and it had all the necessities you'd find in a regular kitchen, such as a refrigerator, kettle, sink, and microwave, and the toilet and bathroom were shared."

"Located slightly off the main road but easy to find via Google Maps (we drove a rental car ourselves). Plenty of free parking spaces. Smooth check-in & out process with house rules clearly written in English, the attendant was kind & understood simple English words so no communication issues. We had a clean, spacious room for 3 adults (good for 4; futons are in cabinet) in a traditional meets modern room type with full amenities provided (collect toothbrush set, slippers, etc from concierge). Breakfast was a local Japanese spread (don’t expect too many choices but decent in flavour) in a traditional Japanese teahouse - loved the vibe! Entry to the theme park was free (already part of hotel fee) & was a relatively quick walkthrough - there are some areas of workshops like painting your own shisa, so worth a check if you’re into crafts. The theme park was yokai-themed when we were there in early Sept so it added an element of spookiness to it, we missed the projection at night - it would’ve been a sight to see. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at affordable rates & we’ll be back if we’re ever in Yomitan."

"The hotel was located in a residential area, but it was quiet and the starry sky was beautiful. The exterior and interior were lovely. In particular, the wide variety of ornamental plants and their layout were so lovely that you could just stare at them forever. There were plenty of amenities, the hotel room itself was clean, and the staff who assisted us were friendly and cheerful. It was a hotel I'd like to use again!"

"A hotel with good privacy, and it is suitable for couples' honeymoon and family gatherings. The facilities are relatively new, and some swimming pools have heating functions that they can be enjoyed in winter. The meals are good, and the service staff are warm and considerate."
