とても良かった

This was a trip with my three children. This concludes my Okinawa trip. It's the best place. If you're planning a family trip, this is a top priority.

It was a typhoon, so it was understandable, but Even though the forecast indicated that the pool could be opened, they didn't make a decision until 9:00, and it seemed like the staff would only start moving at that point, so it was very late, leaving all the guests with no choice but to head to the beach. We waited until about 10:30, but they only replied that it might be in the afternoon, so we gave up and checked out. This hotel is supposed to be proud of its pool, so it was very disappointing. I'm sure the typhoon was a factor, but there was no sign of any sense of rushing to get things ready because there were people waiting, which made me sad. The room was also called tatami matting, but it was made of plastic and was very dirty.
