The location is good and the ocean is a 1-minute walk away. Unlike the Google photos, the building in front is also under construction, so the view is good (we used the lowest floor). It's a shame that there's no bathtub, but it was still a really comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Because we checked in late, we felt like we were on an adventure when we drove here, and there weren't even street lights in the places we passed. The hotel operates a self-service check-in, so please allow time. All facilities in the room are high-end and thoughtful. I hope everyone can bring food to cook here.

The room was nicely decorated. However, the service was worse than any other hotel I've stayed at, and I'll never stay there again. The reservation service was inflexible, taking two to three hours on the phone. To top it off, the hotel told me to contact the reservation site, which then told me to contact the hotel. I was passed around from one person to the next. The hotel is a business phone company, but I was on the phone for two to three hours while I was traveling, and they were rambling on about wasting other people's time. Despite the fact that they were relentless and didn't seem to mind, they were not at all responsive. I entered the correct email address when I made the reservation, even after repeatedly checking it. The hotel blamed my typo and said they weren't responsible for the lack of email delivery, but they never sent a confirmation email to the email address I provided again. Even though emails sometimes didn't arrive, they didn't even check to see if the resent emails were received. Wouldn't they normally check to see if the resent emails were received? Also, I checked the email address I entered when booking multiple times, and it was correct, so perhaps the incorrect email address registered by the hotel was a typo on their part? I'm upset that they're claiming it was our mistake. They refuse to take responsibility, so I told them I'd give them a fair rating. They got angry. Reviews are a place for people to share their own feelings and facts, so I don't think it's right for a hotel to get angry about not getting a good rating. If they want a good rating, they should provide the service and flexibility they deserve. This hotel is so irresponsible. When I asked about the humidifier I requested at the end of the phone call, they said, "We don't need a humidifier in such humid conditions." If they can't rent one, I understand, but shouldn't the guest decide whether or not they need one? I was truly disappointed by their selfish and irresponsible behavior, and it was the most dishonest hotel service I've ever experienced. I recommend being more cautious when staying at a hotel.
