衞生：不鋪床、不洗馬桶，第一次遇到這種事，陽台紗門佈滿灰塵，其餘不得而知。
環境：外部環境還蠻漂亮，距離鎌倉開車35分鐘左右。
服務：前台是沒有人的，拉門進去門鈴響了才會從裏面出來一個服務生，也沒有幫忙拿行李，自己把行李箱提上台階進電梯。
設施：冰箱是擺設，不能用的。
