Clean up are prompt as long u place the magnet on the door before 11am. Hotel room was extremely small, not much space to put luggage if u are travelling as a family. There were only 2 of us. Barely space to walk. Location was wonderful and right next to ramen Museum. Aircon was so dusty that’s it is totally not cold. Have to open the wall vent for natural air to come in.

The single room in the hotel is very small and there is almost no room to move around when sitting on the chair (even if you are not thin enough, you cannot sit down)
The equipment is old and the air conditioner cannot be dispatched.
Good location. Near the subway station. There are convenience stores nearby.

I stayed here for a 2-day concert at Yokohama Arena.
You can enter and exit freely with a magnetic card (there may be restrictions at night❔).
I contacted them to store my luggage before checking in, and by coincidence, they said a room was ready and kindly recommended an early check-in.
They said they would store my luggage the next day, but for convenience, I left it in a coin locker at the station.
It was very clean and I had no complaints.
I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
As an aside, the liver and chive skewers at the nearby Jinbei were delicious, so I ate there two days.

It's pretty good, but the price is very high on weekends, almost doubled. The hotel breakfast is very good. I often stay here on business trips. It's a pity that it's a little expensive on weekends. Overall, it's good

Traveling alone, I booked a random room at an affordable price. I chose a parent-child bunk bed, and the room was as compact as ever. It's really a bit nervous to have a family of three, but luckily we're alone. You can only check in at three o'clock. The front desk has very good Chinese service, the introduction is comprehensive and considerate, and there is a glass of wine tasting in the afternoon. The breakfast in the morning was also quite healthy and delicious, but I couldn’t stand the natto. Very convenient to JR Shinkansen Shin-Yokohama Station. Still very satisfied, next time I have time I want to experience his home♨️

Being stranded in Yokohama due to a typhoon, I happened to meet Utada Hikaru holding a concert at Yokohama Arena. The room prices were very high, so I had no choice but to book a double bed room. It was very crowded for two people to sleep in. I had to queue for a long time when I checked in. I don’t know if it was because I was Chinese. I was given the first room, and I didn't sleep well all night. I woke up in all sorts of strange ways. Sleeping so hard that my back hurts.
Facilities: No charging socket near the bed.
Environment: It is really close to jr Shin-Yokohama. Donnor is available downstairs without going out. It is indeed a good choice in heavy rain and typhoon days.
Service: warm.

I've stayed here several times. It's very close to the station and very convenient for shopping and eating. There are many good cafes nearby, and all of them taste good. Walking straight out the door is the Shin-Yokohama Stadium, which is perfect for morning jogging.
If it's cherry blossom season, the cherry blossoms blooming by the creek are even more amazing...
The only thing I don’t think is ideal is the shower head in the shower, which is not aligned with the body. It’s so annoying😫

TTK2000.Everything was clean.
The bed was the best in the hotel I have ever stayed in. It was hard but just good.
The water was not smelly and the shower was strong.
Breakfast was small in variety, but the taste was good and all delicious!
I used a remote parking lot, but I think what the weeds are so great. Maybe the bumper behind is inevitable. The parking lot is far away, but I personally didn't care so much.

GGuest UserThe price was cheap, and the room and bathroom were clean and nice. This time I made a reservation to use Nissan Stadium, so it was convenient because it was nearby. There are many convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which is convenient. Breakfast was a light meal, but the bread was chewy and delicious, and I was satisfied. I would like to use it again.
