Yokohama Naka Ward 3-star Hotels

I liked the breakfast and convenience so I decided to stay again. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Omg, I stopped at first cabin hotels and other of this type, but I never think that this type of hotels could be so convenient! I totally fall in love with this hotel! Despite the fact that you're taking just a bad, you are getting a privet room with table and space for your baggage (another person has his/her own entry and room). There is a free breakfast, but not only this! In shared space you will find free coffee from coffee machine, in the late evening you can take a noodle for free. I shared space in your floor is massage chair, available for free, water and yogurt. They have spa and privet bath too! Bathroom has everything you could need, even lotion and hair comb. Staff are friendly, room is cozy, and a lot of free adds, what else needs for the tourist? Location is greate, you can go to Kamakura, Disneyland, Tokyo... Anywhere, but it less crowded compared with Tokyo. I definitely would back in next trip! 10/10!!!!

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station. The room is clean and tidy, the service is attentive, and the breakfast is good. However, the room is a bit small. It is very convenient to get to the tourist attractions and is suitable for solo travelers.

Stayed in Yokohama for four nights. The location of this hotel is quite good. There are many convenience stores and a medium-sized supermarket not far from the entrance. It is only two stops away from Yokohama Station whether you take the subway or the tram. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach and about half an hour to Chinatown. The hotel's hygiene is OK. After all, it is a very old hotel. Anyway, just make do with it. The only thing is that the quilt is really weird. There is no quilt cover, just a thin sheet. It is really a bit incomprehensible. There is a laundry room in the hotel building. It costs 15 yuan to wash. If you dry it, it is 30 for two hours. The service is OK. The room is cleaned every day. It's just that the hotel's socket is really noisy. There is a DVD rental store near the hotel. Men who are interested can go and watch it.

The hotel is not bad. I have stayed at other branches of the Comfort hotel chain before, but the one seems a bit older. There is a high step to get into the bathroom, which is a bit dangerous, and the bathroom ceiling is a bit low. For reference, I'm 1.66 m. Breakfast is decent, but dishes repeat every 2 days or so, and it can get very crowded as the dining area is small. The free drinks are a nice touch. Good area room stay in. Port, park, stadium, Chinatown, redbrick warehouse, etc. are all in walkable distance. There are decent food options around as well. The staff are nice and helpful! They even tucked my soft toy in while tidying the room :)

Spacious room. Very near to train station. Take a right turn after exit from train station, take another right turn at family mart, walk about 100m, you will see the hotel on your slight right. The washing machine at level 2 is a plus. ^^ highly recommended. Take a slow jog in the morning and you can explore the surrounding.

禁煙ルームを予約したのですが、少しタバコ臭がありました。喘息を持っていて不安だったため、部屋を交換してもらいました。スタッフに伝えて、実際に部屋に臭いの確認をしにきてもらうまでも時間がかかり、あまり気持ちが良くありませんでした。この部屋は以前、喫煙部屋として販売していたフロアだそうですが、清掃のとき気付かなかったのかと疑問に思いました。 アクセスはしやすい場所にあります。

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the city center, and the service staff is also friendly. The hotel facilities are relatively old, the rooms are small, and it is not convenient to enter the bathroom. However, most hotels in Japan are like this.

My stay at this hotel in Yokohama was absolutely perfect! Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by its pristine and bright ambiance. The floor was spotless, the linens sparkling white, and even the corners were meticulously clean – this level of care was evident in every detail. The toiletries were another thoughtful touch; not only were they comprehensive but also high-quality. The shampoo and shower gel had a subtle, luxurious scent, leaving my hair smooth and skin moisturized. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, patiently assisting with check-in and answering all my inquiries. The location is also excellent, making getting around a breeze. Next time I'm in Yokohama, I'll definitely be staying here again!

Location wise because it’s near the train station and walking distance to Cosmo World. A little tiring for kids though co’z it’s like 10-20mins from other attractions. Our room is quite spacious so it’s good because we have a kid who likes to run around. There are just chocolate stains on the carpet and the humidifier doesn’t have water prepared in it so we have to do it ourselves. The rest of the amenities and the breakfast were ok.
