Yokohama Sakae Ward Hotels

Hotel clean and nice and located easily outside Kannai station. McDonald's and a few Japanese restaurants nearby. And a convinient store just 10 seconds away. Room is a typical Japanese business hotel small anf functional. Got a few shampoo options at the lobby too. Recommended.

The first time I went and used this capsule hotel, I was worried at first because I went alone, but the hotel location was quite easy to find, near the station and could go to Trung Street. When I got to the hotel, there were Vietnamese staff who were very enthusiastic in guiding me. The furniture was arranged beautifully and clean. The shared toilet and bathroom were also very clean. Everyone who used the furniture was also very conscious of the next user. However, no talking on the phone. If you need to work by talking, you should not use the capsule hotel. If there is a chance, I will continue to use the service here next time. Rating 4.5*

The location is great being very close to Kannai station, the room was clean if small, the price was reasonable and the Wi-Fi was OK. I had two issues during my stay: 1. During my check in, the staff kept asking me if I wanted to leave my luggage. I had no idea where this was coming from and I said I’ll take my luggage to my room. They asked me about two more times if they could keep my luggage. After this, I said no I had no luggage even though I literally had it next to me. Then they said “Ah OK, we apologize for our misunderstanding” and then gave us our key. What was this all about? 2. They don’t allow you leave your luggage after you check out. In all my life, this was the only place that had this policy.

The location and service are very good, close to the tram station. Very close to China Street. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is OK. The room size is spacious in Japan.

1. The hotel is cost-effective; 2. If you are tired from walking in the morning, you can take a bath in the hot spring after returning to the hotel in the evening; 3. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from JR Kannai Station; 4. There are many convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel.

Transportation is good as it is located between Kandai Station and Nihon Odori Station. Both are about a 10-minute walk from the station. There were many convenience stores along the way, and since it was near Chinatown, there were many restaurants open from dusk to dawn. The front desk staff were friendly and I was able to get amenities before going up the elevator. The inside of the room was clean, but the noise was very quiet. (You can hear the alarm next door) I was able to spread out my suitcase under the bed and water came out well. I had to wait in line for about 10 minutes to eat breakfast, but I ate it right away the next day. (Timing is important...) If you don't really have any suitable accommodations near Yokohama, I recommend it.

I particularly appreciated the little touches, like the welcome drink and personalized service. The combination of a prime location, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect balance of convenience and quality!

The price is low, so the rooms are small and the facilities are relatively old. The service is also ok. The location is not bad, close to the subway. Friends who are more price sensitive can choose to stay.

A very good accommodation experience: the room type is reasonable, the size is suitable, and it is clean and tidy. The location is excellent, the surrounding environment is pleasant, and it is convenient to go anywhere. There are a variety of restaurants in Chinatown, which is very satisfying.
