The amenities in the rooms were a little old, but I was impressed on the cleanliness. I’m very picky in this aspect and thought this hotel did a good job. The workers were very nice, and would use a translation app in order to help us. They have a lot of toiletries free downstairs. Good location, just right next to to a subway stop. And also there is a Lawson right down stairs.

酒店挺乾淨，但我對前台服務不是很滿意。
頭天晚上住另一家酒店，因為衞生糟糕，兒子過敏，去醫院看急診衹配了10ml的葯，衹夠吃兩次，第二天還沒好，晚上兒子皮膚還是癢。酒店前台原來有一箇中國籍的服務員，我過去問其他人，那個中會説中文的服務員在嗎，我兒子生病了需要幫忙。前台説下班了，因為是醫療的問題，英語水平達不到互相溝通的地步，我就回房間拿翻譯器後回到前台。這時又看到那中國服務員在那裡工作了。
我和會這個中國員工説，你同事還説你下班了。他説其實他現在是下班時間了（我不知道他意思是否包含他現在可以不回答我問題的意思，我衹是隱約這樣感覺，如果我的感覺錯誤，那我道歉）。那我問他能否幫忙，因為小孩生病，我想提前去買一些葯，因為日本急診太貴，昨晚急診配個10ml葯花了2200多人民幣。他説在一個叫“堂吉訶德”的地方，有中國醫生，方便溝通。我給他看了導航位置，他説就是這裏，離酒店步行幾百米。我就導航過去，但並沒有發現。如果酒店工作人員可以看到這些照片，請問這些日文是堂吉訶德的意思嗎？
我也進去這些地方看過，沒有看到任何一個會説中文的工作人員，衹有一個葯粧店，也不會説中文。
然後出門看到一家叫“四川料理小青椒”的餐廳，進去問那個老闆娘，她説她沒聽説過堂吉訶德，還陪我出來找了一會，也沒找到。但老闆娘真的非常好，給了我他以前給他兒子治療過敏的葯膏。非常感謝，下次有網友住在這酒店，可以去這餐廳吃四川菜，並告訴她，有一箇中國遊客會一直記住她的幫忙。這家餐廳就導航“堂吉訶德”就到了，離酒店幾百米。
我説這些，是因為酒店並沒有在我孩子生病的情況下，提供到我有用的幫助。而且也沒有表達出任何一點對孩子關心的意思。做為服務業優秀代表的日本酒店行業，我覺得是很有欠缺的。而且從入住到退房三天兩晚，我並沒有看到任何一個服務員面帶笑容，包括前台已經客房工作人員。
但實事求是，這酒店衞生是很好的，樓下有便利店，地鐵，都非常方便。
另外，離這酒店幾百米的利夫馬克斯酒店-橫濱關內站前店，這家酒店千萬別去住，衞生糟糕的一塌糊塗，我孩子就是極大可能，頭天住那酒店過敏了。那糟糕的衞生，我都放在那酒店的點評了

設施有些老舊，在日本這麼久第一次見到老式的衞生間設備。窗户無法打開，比較悶！其他還好，房間比較寬敞，這在日本經濟型酒店中少有。

真的是個很舊的酒店，一點也看出來翻新的地方。我朋友感覺特別陰森，吸煙房味道特別大，禁煙房好一些，但是廁所又小又舊，別的酒店廁所都是一體的，這家廁所還貼着瓷磚，真的很古老。還有這個不遮光的遮光窗簾，每天一股強光打在臉上，催人起床。

excellent location as it is steps away from subway station isezaki chojamachi station. there is a Lawson downstairs. so convenient when you are hungry at night. the rooms are good size and clean. Bed is comfortable. place is quiet and good sleep ensured.all amenities provided. staff are helpful. walking distance to shopping street. highly recommended. there is even a lovely bath tub . water pressure is good and strong

Nice hotel to stay, it equipped with a full amenities, there a Lawson on the first floor, 15 minutes walk from kannai, but there is a subway (forgot the name) just right in front of the hotel.
