·全體員工態度非常差
·酒廊東西少且非常難吃
·房間備品難用（吹風機建議自備、牙膏永遠不夠）
·麻煩補充牙膏，等待時間至少30分鐘以上。
·不會有人幫忙拿行李，也不會有人問好。
·進入威斯汀要自己尋找check in，無人案內。
若不是萬豪的高卡會員，不能免費享受行政酒廊的話，千萬千萬千萬不要！！！傻傻的多花錢訂俱樂部房間。
非常非常浪費！！！！
Culb lounge裡面的東西真的很不好吃而且很少！
下午茶不知道，晚上的酒種類很少就算了，調酒師也不是專業的，沒有酒單直接點你想喝的，但是調酒師大部分都不會或做不了。
女友不太能喝酒，我也不太懂酒所以想叫staff推薦一款好入口的調酒（我們會說日語），staff不說話把後面的酒櫃燈打開，讓我看？？？
然後有點了一杯Tequila sunrise，這款酒日本非常常見，但是調酒師一樣不會做⋯
行政酒廊的早餐（下面附圖），第一天去的比較晚（9:30左右）去的時候飯和味增湯都沒了，還有很多人和我們同樣的時間來，卻沒員工去補充食物。
第二天我們9點去，炒麵和湯類都是冷的，沒有保溫。依舊是東西沒了也不會補，直到後面有人問還有嗎，才補食物。
兩天都因為人很多，我們去的時候都需要請工作人員先幫我們收掉上位客人的桌子，才能有位子入座。但是需要自行找人來收拾，且態度很好的和staff說：能幫我們收一下那邊的桌子嗎？ staff的臉都會很臭，好像打擾到她們休息一般。
並且我們1點半到達，房間等到3點半才收拾好。
生日蛋糕之前說好，為了防止壞掉，在我們checkin的時候會送到房間。直到我們入住後打電話催了才送來，無任何驚喜可言，花和蛋糕都是付費請飯店準備的。
威斯汀沒有生日卡片（因為日本其他飯店都會有，沒有也沒差）。
我們入住2天，定的俱樂部房外加早餐。我們多付費的早餐部分，威斯汀說著只是行政酒廊的早餐，若想去3樓早餐廳使用早餐的話需要另外付錢。
（*但若定非俱樂部房間，普通的帶早餐房間，不僅便宜且可以使用早餐廳）
全日本最差的五星飯店！
