It's my fault for choosing a smoking room, but I didn't realize it would smell that bad. As non-smokers, it was unbearable for us.
The smell was devastating from the moment we got off the elevator and stepped onto our floor. There was an air purifier in the room, but it was completely useless.
The bathroom was small and difficult to use, and the signal on my smartphone was so bad I couldn't use it.
I couldn't stand it, so I decided to stay at another hotel instead.

The staff were incredibly helpful and it was a great 3-day, 2-night stay!
I was also grateful that the staff were quick to respond when I ran into a problem late at night.
I also had plans at Yokohama BUNTAI, so it was great that it was so close!
It was only a 2-minute walk from the station, so it was very convenient!

It's very close to Kannai Station and right in front of Yokohama Stadium.
There's a convenience store and fast food nearby, which is convenient.
All three beds were comfortable, and the powder room was a nice touch.
It's a great place to stay for the price.
However, I was assigned to the second floor, so I requested a higher floor, but they said only the second floor was available. I'm not sure if Trip.com assigned me the second floor, but the large outdoor air conditioner unit was right in front of the window, so I couldn't even open the window halfway.
