Hotels near 横浜駅東口駅前広場, Yokohama

It was a short time with CI at 1:00 and CO at 7:30, so I was able to spend without incident. As a smoker, I would have liked a smoking area at least even in a non-smoking room.

This is my fav hotel during japan trip. Location is great, just few mins walk from exit station yokohama, with escalator access available. Yokohama is big city with easy access to tokyo, I highly recommend people coming to tokyo to stay in yokohama due to many factors! I chose this room because the size is bigger compared to hotels in tokyo, which turn out to be great! The room has big windows, sofa, enough space to open big luggages. We really find this as huge benefit cz small room really limit your movement. The amenities are available to pick up at lobby area, really convenient. Room is clean, well maintained, modern. Staff are friendly and efficient! Excellent stay overall and I would definitely come back if I go japan again!

Great location and one straight road to subway and JR line, and close to lots of shopping. Family mart and pub and lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and modern, and have coin laundry. The TV even allows you to play Netflix. The only thing missing is water fountain.

The hotel is quite new, just opened in 2024. It is quite close to the train station of yokohama, covered all the way from the train station to shopping arcades to the hotel. You don't even need to have your umbrella if it rains. The hotel is easy to locate. It is quite tidy with all the basic stuffs in the room. You can watch youtube in the TV. The staff are friendly and helpful. One thing I think can improve, this hotel brand (which I have lived in a number of different hotels from this brand) requires room cleaning (even if you decline so) every 3 days (if you live more than 3 days). I don't think it is necessary if the hotel guests do not require so in order to save manpower and be more environmental friendly (which I think the hotel is on one hand promoting). . Overall, I think the hotel is good.

Room was very small, but service and cleanliness was impecable. Felt very clean and AC worked well in our room! The bathroom looked like brandnew! Highly recommended!

First time staying in a capsule sex hotel Many people say they can't sleep well, so what? But to be honest, I slept really well❤️ Compared to the bedrooms on the ship, there is no shaking here. Compared to camping tents, there is air conditioning here Compared to dormitory beds, this place is clean and comfortable And I’m very used to the enveloping sense of space, so I don’t feel any pressure at all. There is also a large bath downstairs where you can take a bath and have an oven where you can wash clothes and dry them. It's close to the station and the price is NT$800 per night (including tax and sleep). The only thing I find difficult to use is the locker, which is really small. I only took a backpack with me this time, and it was a sailor-style duffel bag. I had to force myself to put it in... Then if the guest next to me wanted to take something, I had to take out all the items from the locker with great difficulty, like the exhibition The BOM table uses up the narrow aisle space, and then keeps saying ”すみません” to people passing by!すみません!すみません! However, it is still a nice place to stay anyway! I will give it a 3.8 stars ⭐️ by C/P rating

The room was stylish, the front desk staff was very kind and very nice, but there were a few problems. The first is that there were many banquets and other events held in the Hotel The Knot Yokohama building, and I stayed there for 5 days, but 3 to 5 events were held in the hotel building every day, and the noise echoed all the way to the room. The time period was around 18:00 to 21:00. One of the problems was the sound of people singing into the microphone and the vibration and noise of dragging chairs when cleaning up. (It was so loud that you could hear what they were singing.) The second is that when other rooms use water or flush the toilet, the sound of the water echoes throughout the room. This doesn't bother me during the day, but when I hear it at night or when I'm trying to fall asleep in the middle of the night, I can't sleep well, which was unpleasant. To be honest, I think it's because the building itself is old, but there isn't much soundproofing, and the bathroom area is still the same as it was in the past. Cleaning was done once every 3 days. There is a restaurant on the first floor, and they gave us a Felcome drink card so we could drink at the restaurant. It's about a 5-minute walk from Yokohama Station, so the location is great. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, such as GU, Uniqlo, and McDonald's, as well as Don Quijote and Aeon supermarkets, so if you forget something or need something, you can find everything within a five-minute walk, so I was very satisfied and happy about that!

I would have given a 5 star rating for service but got a very bad experience with this one staff call Yashiro (she wasn’t wearing a name tag but told us this name after we asked a few times for her name). We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, for 6 people. On the second evening when we return to the rooms, we found out that our room wasn’t cleaned. Later found out that we need to put the magnet tag outside of the door if we need cleaning. Which is fine and we were not complaining about this. But we needed new towels. We called the reception separately and got hanged up! The receptionist said a bunch of “maybe” English or mixed with Japanese, then hang up. I called again and explained we needed new towels, she said “no towels!” Then hang up. I called again, same answer, then hang up. We then go down to the lobby, this same girl looked annoyed and said NO TOWELS! Her level of service was just very bad and unacceptable! It was only until when we asked for her name, she acted she didn’t understand English. Then I spoke in Japanese asking for her name. Then her attitude changed. Gave us 3 towels. I said we needed 6 for 6 people. Then she said no again! I said it is ridiculous if the hotel only has 4 clean towels! And I will write my experience on my booking platform. Then she finally took us to our floor and said there are many towels there. To be fair, all other staff was very friendly, including the boy who checked us in and the girl called Monya who checked us out and helped us with delivering the luggages to our next hotel. I don’t need compensation from this hotel as I will not be returning to this hotel again because of this one bad staff but I surely hope management can give her better training on how to handle simple customer requests with a right attitude.

If you loved cruise ship or want to expirience cruise im sure you will appreciate this hotel you can enjoy stay with the ambiance of cruise ship like me i loved the view,the vintage type of room as well as the food

Location is definitely the best thing about this hotel. It’s close to the Cup Noodle Museum and World Porters Mall which is just a 15 minutes walk. You can also take the Sky Cabin back from World Porters to right across the hotel at night which takes 3 minutes. Close to 2 metro stations and is in a very quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Room is small typical to Japanese hotels in this price range so that is the only down side. But is still a great hotel all in all and the staffs are nice! Would recommend.
