When we stayed the hotel had just been opened for a few weeks, so we got an excellent room condition for cleanliness and service. The location is still in the middle of the city. So it's close if you want to go anywhere

Best location considering access to the two world heritage sites 10 minutes taxi ride to the bus stop to Borobudur Temple 40 minutes by taxi to Prambanan Temple It was a bit noisy just under renovation but the breakfast buffet was delicious I'm sorry that the window was a room for killing, so it smelled moldy. The shower was not hot, but it was not water.

An amazing hotel. I’m extremely happy to have stayed in this hotel. Truly a wonderful hotel. Gaia Cosmo is a luxury. The check-in was quick and friendly. Very polite staff. The room is very clean and spacious. Fully equipped with many toiletries. The TV was wonderful with English channels. The breakfast was delicious and warm. Enjoyed eating at the rooftop with a wonderful view of the city. I also ate dinner there. Room service was wonderful as well. Polite and positive. The room is comfortable and perfect for everyone to stay in. I really did enjoy the buttonless elevator. I would definitely come back here and stay in this hotel again. Thank you so much. I checked in here when I had serve food poisoning and felt a lot better because it was very clean and the air con was good - also a good location and the rooms and big

Like your own home but like in a hotel... Satisfied here. The rooms are clean too.

One disappointing aspect of my stay was the check-in experience. Upon arrival, the check-in system was down, leading to a manual process taking more than 30 minutes. Guests had to wait without a clear timeline, causing discomfort.
