I booked a non-smoking room with my husband, but when I arrived at the hotel, they gave me a room that smelled of smoke—it was obviously a smoking room. When I requested a change, they told me that all the rooms were fully booked. They provided some room fragrance, but it didn’t help; the smoke smell lingered all night, making it difficult to sleep.
When I spoke with the receptionist, they mentioned that "Trip.com" didn’t notify the hotel about my non-smoking room preference, which is why I ended up with a smoky room. I’m not sure where the fault lies, but despite the room issues, the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is quite clean, the service staff is responsive, the security is also friendly and good... there are quite a lot of variations of food for breakfast... it's a strategic hotel near the mall. Culinary in front of Cinema 21

I stayed here for 2921 yen. The shower had weak water pressure and the hair dryer had a weak wind, but the price was cheap and there were no bugs, so it was clean and perfect for a solo traveler. The location was far from the station and the city center, so it was inconvenient.
