Kind, friendly and very helpful
This is a great hotel because it has great staff. Could not had better service from start to finish. Delicious breakfast and comfy bed. Lighting in room could have been better but would highly recommend.

What an amazing place, Food was divine. Especially the deserts. And the events manager Alisha couldn't do enough for us. Fantastic customer service by her. She resolved a slight issue I had regarding my booking and resolved it for me. Thank you.

Nice stay
Lovely hotel and setting, used the gym and spa was good to relax before and after work. Decor in the rooms is a bit dated public areas are nice

We had no hesting was freezing cold / so didnt sleep
The hotel did know about this so they should off put us in a differant room

Food
The guest rooms were ok but need a refurb. The public rooms were freezing cold. Had to sit in my coat sonetimes. The food was appalling especially Boxing Day lunch when I invited my family. Probably the worst example was a main course bubble and speak ( ordered by 3 of my guests) which was just a pile of mashed potato with a ***** of green leaf placed on top. I could go on

Perfect getaway
Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere. Prices for drinks and food were good. Spa was lovely. Will definitely return.

Lovely hotel
Lovely staff, very good service. We had an issue with the room and they compensated without having to request it. Lovely view from the room.
