A round log cabin built in 2000, located in Haveri Holiday Village in Viljakkala, Ylöjärvi. Kyrösjärvi Lake is 250 meters away via road, with a shared beach available for guests. A rowing boat is available for common use at the beach for guests of the Kaivoskartano and Kultakartano cabins. The ground floor features a living area, kitchen (renovated in 2018), a bedroom with two beds, a dressing room, a washroom with a shower and WC, and a sauna with a wood-burning stove (the sauna and washroom were renovated in 2024). There is also a covered porch. The dining table can be extended and there are totally 8 chairs. The upper floor has a lounge area with one bed, and two bedrooms (each with three beds), a WC and a balcony. The cabin is equipped with an air source heat pump for heating and cooling in summer. Child safety gates are installed at both the top and bottom of the stairs. The yard includes a barbecue area. There is a trampoline (with a safety net) for children, shared between Kaivoskartano and Kultakartano, located at the corner of the Kaivoskartano plot; use is at your own risk. The holiday village area also offers a tennis court, beach volleyball court, and mini-golf course. PLEASE NOTE: The price includes a fishing permit for the cabin! A 4×6 m tent is available for rent for special occasions. The price is 200 EUR per weekend, fully set up, or 150 EUR per weekend if you pick it up (within 10 km), set it up yourself, and return it. A cozy log cabin situated in Ylöjärvi by Lake Kolmiloppi, only 40 km from Tampere. The inviting log cabin has spacious living areas. The yard of the cabin is located on top of a high rocky hill, offering a beautiful view of the lake. In the yard, there is an atmospheric grill hut. The shoreline is rocky and has a deep bottom. There is a pier and a rowing boat at the shore. Children should not be left unsupervised due to the high, rocky terrain. The log cabin (built in 2011) features a cozy open-plan living room and well-equipped kitchen. The living room includes a heat-storing fireplace, a TV, and a sofa set. The kitchen has a spacious dining table. The cabin has two bedrooms, each with two beds. Additionally, the living room has a pull-out sofa bed that converts into a 140 x 190 cm extra bed for two people. The sauna is equipped with a wood-burning stove, and the washroom has a shower and a separate WC. The cabin is equipped with an air-source heat pump for both cooling and heating. The high, rocky plot located in a beautiful setting. The area around the cabin is flat, while a steep rock descends to the shoreline. There are wooden pathways leading to the shore. The bedroom has two beds joined together; the owner can separate them upon request. The loft has two box spring beds. The bathroom includes a WC and shower, and the sauna has an electric stove.
