Hôtel au milieu de la forêt, calme et dépaysant. Personnel trés agréable et compétant. Petit déjeuner varié et bon. Chambre petite et salle d'eau vieillissante. Diner pas toujours à la hauteur. Toutes les activités safartica au départ de l'hôtel. Balades jusqu'au village à travers des espaces vierges, ou à la station de ski.

Hôtel au milieu de la nature, lié à la compagnie Safartica. Attention, vous pouvez tomber sur des groupes de voyage du tour opérateur "Fram".
Le buffet du soir est correct mais un peu cher tout de même pour ce qu'il est.
Très bon petit déjeuner, varié.

Gied hotel met vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Van ontbijt tot avondeten alles super geregeld. Het buffet wordt regelmatig aangevuld. Alle activiteiten die wij hebben gedaan, worden vanuit hotel gedaan. Als het nodig is, word je met een bus naar de activiteit gebracht

We expected a basic but nice hotel... Room not cleaned on arrival (they were overbooked) and broken window (we were asked if this was a problem). Cleaned and repaired the next day with no apology or gesture of compensation. Receptionists mostly rude throughout the stay. Basic food and limited choice.
