房間空調不好使，後來換了一間又不讓關，真的是無語，被房間凍到感冒啊，中間沒退房的時候保潔阿姨還進來了，就真的很無語

我們是凌晨入住酒店，空調不製冷也就算了
我們想要洗澡，水很小很小，馬桶水都比他大
大的淋蓬頭也是壞的
然後酒店前台服務態度很不好
我們的訴求也得不到解決
還威脅我們説可以退房走人
當時都已經是凌晨了，就這樣對待住客，這就是服務酒店該有的態度嗎
前**氣也很差
酒店衞生也很不乾淨
音樂節結束想休息卻得到這樣的結果
