非常不滿意，家裡人來探親，結果晚上沒熱水洗澡，服務員處理態度消極，並且一直不解決問題，一直到夜裡11點多都沒有熱水，家裡人衹能先睡覺了，不是太晚了，一直拖着不處理，早告知不能處理我們就換酒店了。
非常不滿意！
設施不行！
處理能力差勁！
態度還不積極！
