酒店的整體環境很好，温泉池也很乾凈，温度超級舒服，晚上泡温泉以後特別舒服，睡眠變得特別好。酒店裝修，周邊環境都很特別，衞生做的很好。前台服務也很熱情，我們晚上到的時候還有人接，來不及吃飯給我們送了很多水果零食，當天晚上因為説了第二天預備幾點出發，前台特意安排了叫醒服務，整體體驗感非常好。

當天到的比較晚，整體來説還蠻好的，環境很好，管家接到及時，客服回得也很快。晚上有管家值班，住宿空間也很大，房間裝修很有特色。店裡服務很熱情，全程沒有讓我們自己抬行李，非常靠譜。離莽山也很近，適合早起出去爬山看日出，前台非常熱情的告知我們行動路線，以及就近的景點和適合途徑的地點，旅途非常愉快，感謝店家的熱情服務！

這次跟好久沒見的朋友一起來莽山玩，入住了這一家藏在温泉山林中的民宿，環境空氣服務實在是太棒啦！入住的前一天就接到了民宿管家打來的電話詢問我們什麼時候到店有多少個人，提前發了莽山的天氣和遊玩攻略真的是太貼心了。我們到達的時間比較晚管家一直都在等我們，還幫我們提行李，入住後還送了歡迎水果消除了我一天坐車的疲憊，原本預訂的玻璃房在山腰上還有一點距離，我們就升級到了下面的木屋房實在是太舒服了。院子自帶的一個游泳池和私湯，出門就是室外温泉區還是很方便的，有很多出片的地方可以打卡，民宿位置離漂流點和莽山西門景區都比較近，民宿周邊還有一個小清吧，晚上坐在那喝雞尾酒十分有氛圍，我們的需求管家也能及時的幫忙處理服務真的很用心。這一次的入住遊玩讓我覺得非常的舒適和安心，下次避暑還來莽山，再次選擇這家民宿！

房間的黴味非常重，非常非常重，重到住一晚第二天睡衣上都是發黴的味道。牆上也都是小黴點，太多吐槽的地方了。 3星都配不上的程度我不知道憑什麼是5鑽。非常非常非常臟的環境，我不知道這個五鑽是怎麼評的。我們兩間房進門非常重的發黴的味道！非常非常重，住了一天我毫不誇張，睡衣都有一股發黴的味道，真的太噁心了。再就是温泉，室內温泉我們沒有房卡不讓進，在前台等了起碼15-20分鐘才跟管家那邊溝通好不情不願給我們櫃門卡讓我們進室內温泉換衣物。（我們明確説了想泡室內不想回温泉房換了衣服再往下走很累！）最後早餐就餐的地方非常非常熱！到了就餐環境根本沒有胃口吃飯。太差了
