特意選了旅遊淡季過去的，沒想到踩大雷，感覺過了旺季老闆及主要員工都放假了，入住過程給我感覺是一個草台班子
環境：一進去很多必經的主要通道都是沒開燈，我們來了才開一下，出去吃個飯的功夫又給我關了，一個營業中且不僅有我們一家房客的民宿晚上9點多點從大門開始就黑漆漆的，有住客入住的樓層也是黑漆漆的，前台也沒人看守，幾個單身女生的話奉勸不要來，感覺挺可怕的
服務：服務更是一言難盡，感覺是隨便找個小女孩來代班，一問三不知，答非所問，第二天早上吃早餐的餐廳的門不知是裏面鎖上了還是卡住了進不去，整個民宿維持一貫的黑漆漆➕沒人，總而言之辦了入住後他們就下班了，沒有任何服務
衞生：選擇酒店最重要的因素”衞生”一言難盡，真沒見過酒店馬桶會這樣臟。
本來入住時小女孩答非所問已經有點弄壞心情了，進到房間看到衞生情況惡劣真的頓時期待全無，降為負分，接下來還陸續發現房間多處設施是壞的，在淡季的情況下，入住率為10-15% 仍然選擇給住客安排一個壞房間。服務差，衞生差，設施壞，這個差評你們真不冤

民宿就在燕子巖景區裏面，巖洞裏還有間咖啡店，贈送的咖啡券，出品不錯，土雞火鍋，肉質鮮嫩。房間窗外一片翠綠的竹林，剛下過雨，空氣清新，小朋友勿把茶几當凳子了，不小心坐壞了，姐姐帶着妹妹去找管家小姐姐，貼心回覆沒事兒回頭找人修理👍。小朋友過來莽山玩漂流訂的這間民宿意外的驚喜，明年暑假再來。

民宿就在燕子巖風景區裏，入住民宿可以免費參觀，民宿清雅空間大，我們第一天漂流，參觀萬福洞和遺落的星球，第二天去莽山五指峯。

民宿最大的優勢就在景區裏所以環境很好又能省下門票費用，贈送早餐和咖啡券也不錯，價格也不貴。但房間隔音一般隔壁的小孩跑來跑去都能聽到影響休息，問題最大的是衞生間味道很大臭死啦，也沒啥服務可言一切都靠自助。

酒店就在燕子巖景區裏面，入住免了門票，房間既大又温馨，乾淨衞生，還配了馬桶墊，配套設施完善，有桌遊、桌球、書吧、茶水，服務五星級水準，最有特色的是洞穴餐廳，自帶空調，親子游很哇塞！是一間很哇塞的酒店
