我們剛在郴州遊玩了4天回程，準備在路過清遠時，住一晚“燕山居”，結果點錯了“燕來山居”。第二天中午，我們出門設定導航時，才知道它家是在郴州，我們馬上説明情況並詢問能否退房，結果是一分錢都退不了，扣一半房費都不行。畢竟是自己的錯，怪不了人家，人家也是按章辦事。衹不過在當今旅遊市場，它家的這種“缺乏人情味”的做法，寒了遊客的心，至少，我、包括我的朋友們以後絕對不訂“燕來山居”。

酒店就在燕子巖景區裏面，入住免了門票，房間既大又温馨，乾淨衞生，還配了馬桶墊，配套設施完善，有桌遊、桌球、書吧、茶水，服務五星級水準，最有特色的是洞穴餐廳，自帶空調，親子游很哇塞！是一間很哇塞的酒店
