I've always had a soft spot for Sheraton. While the brand encompasses various types of properties, it's quite impressive to have a Sheraton in Yiyang, Hunan. I chose this hotel for three reasons: 1. It's relatively new, having opened in 2022. 2. It's conveniently located near the highway. 3. There are plenty of dining options conveniently located nearby. I opted for a room facing the residential area, which ensured a quieter stay. A special commendation goes to the security guard at the entrance, a tall and well-built gentleman whose last name I believe was Ou. He was incredibly helpful and dedicated, assisting us with our luggage.

Every time I come to Yiyang, I live here. It is very good. Although I am old, I am used to living and I am very uneasy. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast is very good, the overall environment is very good, anyway, I like it here.

今年年假期間，我再次選擇入住益陽凱興至尊酒店，這已是我多次在此下榻。酒店一貫保持着高水準服務：前台工作人員態度禮貌且專業度高，辦理流程高效順暢；客房裝修精緻典雅，衞生狀況極佳，入住體驗舒適；自助早餐品類豐富多樣，且絕大多數餐食新鮮健康，能較好滿足日常營養需求，這些都讓我十分滿意。 不過，本次入住也發現明顯待改進之處：早餐時段，餐廳內多次出現客人吸煙的情況。首次發現時，我已向餐廳門口的男性工作人員反饋，希望其及時制止公共場所吸煙行為，但該工作人員未採取任何行動。次日早餐，餐廳內吸煙現象依舊，我拍照取證後向前台工作人員熊佳麗 進行了反映。 據此提出兩點建議：一是建議在餐廳牆面顯眼位置張貼“公共場所禁止吸煙”提示標識，強化禁煙氛圍；二是建議餐廳工作人員在發現吸煙行為時，手持“公共場所禁止吸煙”標識牌向吸煙者展示，並同步進行口頭提醒，切實維護文明、健康的用餐環境，提升所有客人的用餐體驗。

我們預訂了兩個房間，入住體驗卻令人失望。V酒店以“酒店”定位，但同時有“民宿”的標簽，不知道這是否與攜程的誠信政策有關，因為確實符合了我們入住一家糟糕的民宿的體驗。 房間配備了大投影儀（儘管清晰度一般），並貼心地提供了充電線，房間乾淨，床和浴室等硬件設施都不錯，現場環境與網上圖片相符。 然而，V酒店在員工管理上的表現卻令人難以接受。按照“酒店”政策，停車需要提前預約，因此我傍晩時特地打電話預約停車，當時酒店一位女員工僅簡單告知可以停入大廈的停車場，並未提供具體的停車樓層或位置指引。當我們晚上十一點多到達地下停車場時找不到任何指示標識，與酒店聯繫後也沒有得到明確的停車指引，最終費了很大勁才找到車位。 辦理入住時前台服務員的表現更令人不滿，他全程播放着很大的音樂，導致溝通困難。此外，無論是他在電話中還是在辦理入住時，都不使用禮貌稱呼，一直以“你”稱呼我們，完全缺乏對客人應有的尊重，也沒有任何歉意。這一系列糟糕的服務讓我們原本愉快的旅程心情大打折扣。 更無法忍受的是，早上8點酒店開始施工，噪音嚴重影響休息。我們在微信上與酒店溝通，酒店員工表示可以延遲退房時間，但在鑽牆聲和敲打聲的幹擾下，又如何能好好休息？儘管噪音在溝通後有所減弱，但並沒有完全停止，最終我們不得不提前收拾行李離開。 我對民宿的入住體驗並不多，但之前的印象是，雖然民宿的硬件設施可能不如酒店完善，但服務態度通常很熱情。而V酒店的態度卻與許多民宿形成了強烈對比，其素質令人十分失望。 我想告誡有車的旅客在考慮該酒店時要關注到停車問題，慎重！
