衞生環境不好，床單是臟的，打電話給前台幫忙換一個，結果説搞衞生的下班了，就把我電話掛了，地板上踩一下一腳灰，嚴重懷疑酒店不搞衞生，衹是簡單的掃一下地！在網上訂的普通雙人間，到酒店後説放間沒了，讓我們加錢住有電腦的房間！
