辦入住首先就分了一個明顯有人剛住過的房間，氣味刺鼻，地上一灘灘水跡，前台叫阿姨給我換房，阿姨臭着臉我沒吭聲。今天下午一點多退房，那個前台怨婦，我欠你錢了？臭着個臉，做服務行業，一沒服務二沒素質（一衹腳踩在什麼箱子或小凳子之類的東西上在跟我講話）三***，酒店本身設施就不咋滴，員工還這個樣，不理解老闆和管理是幹嘛的。

定了酒店是帶早餐的，辦理入住的時候沒説早餐時間，前台也沒給早餐券後面有早餐這事兒就給忘了，今天退房的時候又想起來就去問前台為什麼沒給早餐券，前台告知早餐券需要用餐早上自行去前台領取，這很不合理！首先我先下單是帶早餐，酒店在客人辦理入住的時候有義務告知客人用餐地點和時間，出差了四五年住的酒店都是如此，部分酒店還會直接將早餐券放到房間怕客人遺漏掉，真不應該出現這種情況，前台的語氣還給人施捨的感覺，認為我斤斤計較，強烈指責！！！
