經營不善，管理不善，總結起來就這些吧。這是我住過的最差的所謂高檔型酒店，設施是老式的裝修還挺好的，可是，裏面的人真的就不能找個專業的酒店管理團隊嗎，有過崗前培訓嗎？老闆是沒錢經營然後陷入了惡性循環嗎，太可惜了。就講幾個事讓大家參考下吧，一，説是十點前都有早餐，九點出頭去吃早餐發現沒什麼東西吃了，如圖，很誇張，本身東西就很少，比快捷酒店都不如，連個蛋都沒有，我問服務員不是十點才結束嗎，東西怎麼都沒了，她説快到時間了再做就浪費了……這就是她的邏輯，自己家民宿都不至於這態度吧？更別提炒飯之類的視頻都個蓋子，冷了發硬了完全沒法吃，還有小飛蟲在爬，見方案圖黑點；二，睡覺前發現床單很臟，類似血跡，床單和裏面的被子都有，打電話給服務員讓她換下，來了後説這是被子裏臟，不影響睡覺的，我們説衣櫃裏還有個被子，麻煩換下，她説那個更臟，頓時無言以對了；三，酒店能收費的地方絕對不給你白用，一次性刮鬍刀是看別人評價裏的，有浴缸還要收費浴缸罩每個十塊，不提供小童潔具拖鞋等等，衞生很差，地毯踩下來一次性拖鞋底是黑的，化粧鏡那個桿子上一層厚厚的灰，態度很冷淡，打電話去也是有氣無力。最後我想問下，真的是來酒店的嗎，是不是老闆太摳了沒讓你們吃飽這樣的工作態度和服務質量，趁早關門吧，不要影響別人出遊的心情。
