今年年假期間，我再次選擇入住益陽凱興至尊酒店，這已是我多次在此下榻。酒店一貫保持着高水準服務：前台工作人員態度禮貌且專業度高，辦理流程高效順暢；客房裝修精緻典雅，衞生狀況極佳，入住體驗舒適；自助早餐品類豐富多樣，且絕大多數餐食新鮮健康，能較好滿足日常營養需求，這些都讓我十分滿意。
不過，本次入住也發現明顯待改進之處：早餐時段，餐廳內多次出現客人吸煙的情況。首次發現時，我已向餐廳門口的男性工作人員反饋，希望其及時制止公共場所吸煙行為，但該工作人員未採取任何行動。次日早餐，餐廳內吸煙現象依舊，我拍照取證後向前台工作人員熊佳麗
進行了反映。
據此提出兩點建議：一是建議在餐廳牆面顯眼位置張貼“公共場所禁止吸煙”提示標識，強化禁煙氛圍；二是建議餐廳工作人員在發現吸煙行為時，手持“公共場所禁止吸煙”標識牌向吸煙者展示，並同步進行口頭提醒，切實維護文明、健康的用餐環境，提升所有客人的用餐體驗。

The ladies at the front desk are very attentive and courteous. The mattress is very comfortable. The duvet and quilt cover are very clean. The bathroom is separated from dry and wet areas, which is great. The hotel environment is also very good, facing Zishui and the river. The scenery is beautiful.

On the day of booking, I received a call from the hotel butler, asking what type of room type and floor I like, whether there are elderly children in the same group, the time to the store, etc., very warm and considerate!
The gym on the 13th floor is an industry benchmark - panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provide a panoramic view of the city skyline, equipped with smart equipment. The most surprising thing is the warm shower and separate dressing room, which makes the relaxation experience after exercise impeccable.
Another highlight is the exclusive smart laundry room. Special washing and drying. Butler service will also take the initiative to ask about the needs of clothing care, and truly achieve a convenient experience of ”zero worry”.
