房間設施和服務都是一級棒，自助餐廳雖然不大但東西特別多也很新鮮，強烈推薦冰激凌。整個酒店很大下次要騎自行車逛一圈了～管家Cynthia任何問題響應都特別迅速，下次來宜興還是選他們家

一條小路穿進，感覺就進入了世外竹源
環境特別的好，洗🫁的好去處
看到評論説高鐵🚅在門口，小朋友特別喜歡一閃而過的高鐵
遊樂場🎠是室外的雖不大但夠玩，比起室內我更喜歡室外
從入住前一天管家Cynthia和我對接但入住都是很親和，這次媽媽生日，有佈置有🍰，特別的滿意，説下次再去。
🛏️很舒適，洗漱用品都是lelabo和diptyque，其他用品也都很整潔和高級
餐廳比較小，但是夠吃，會有工作人員送上桌，服務很好
離店送了崽崽胡蘿蔔🥕玩偶，小朋友很喜歡

體驗感非常棒！酒店的各方面設施非常好，客房乾淨，設備都用的是高端的。各種娛樂活動都很多，可以自行車騎行、看小動物、還有一個小童樂園。酒店裡麪的工作人員服務態度也很好，都很專業，非常感謝Cynthia，很貼心。包括酒店的管家服務也很好，二十四小時在線，提前給了很多小貼士。最好的還是環境，酒店的山谷裏面，空氣非常非常好，很適合來度假！下次還會來二刷的!

床品舒服，早上陽光曬進房間特別舒服，這次沒訂到大床房，二樓是有陽台的
酒店整體服務很棒，需求的響應也很快，環境優美，周邊也有小眾景點，很適合春秋季節。
