環境：酒店四面環山，環境超美，非常適合牛馬週末來放空
服務：服務也很棒，前台小姐姐和客房阿姨執行力都超強，五點多開始就有開夜床服務，枕頭有六種可以選擇，很貼心！
設施：迷你吧可玩性十足，還準備了專門泡茶的寶寶水，洗護用品提供了蒂普提克和lelabo兩套，健身房和泳池也都配備了，但是因為懶，沒有去體驗，如果有室內泳池就更好了。
Ps:入住酒店還贈送了旅拍，雨墨旅拍團隊非常專業，從攝影老師到選修片再到選片都超級快，😸下次來宜興還住西岸

整個酒店後面有很大一片，可以乘坐遊覽車或者騎行，環境很好。服務員很熱情，讓人覺得很温馨。酒店晚上的自助和早餐品質都很好。入住有歡迎水果晚上有甜湯，很貼心。酒店贈送的旅拍也很不錯，雨墨旅拍的攝影師很專業，會根據喜歡的風格引導，選片的小姐姐也很耐心。

酒店環境一級棒，山裡空氣很好，客房面積也不小，空調很暖和，mini吧很豐盛，入住套餐送的下午茶還挺好吃，很多東西，早餐也不錯，需要粥麪條飯糰什麼的，衹要和服務員説，就會做好給你送過來，服務態度一級棒。入住有歡迎水果，晚上還有甜湯送到房間。管家Cynthia也很貼心，預訂了之後就一直在微信聯繫我，有什麼需求都及時響應。

三天兩夜的宜興之遊，這家酒店給了我們非常難得的教訓。在風景很美的大山裡，體驗了一把驚魂之旅，我的最終評價就是：硬件可以，服務拉胯，表面美麗但非常華而不實，甚至被我前一晚300塊入住的當地大酒店秒殺。
1，自駕一進入酒店範疇的第二個路口就初現端倪，保安不知道自駕客人的車停在哪裡合適。衹知道機械回答開到大廳去問，所以開到大堂，我們再掉頭開入地下回來。
2，入住沒有歡迎飲料，我再離開時才發現大堂邊有做好的甘蔗水，非常隱蔽，前台不提醒得自己發現自己倒。
3，酒店裡設施，地暖幾乎是擺設永遠開不暖。
4，酒店活動設計不合理，在户外活動非常寒冷的冬天，自行車垂釣漿板基本冷的根本玩不了（也額外收費），唯一可行的室內項目衹有電影院，卻是衹有早上兩場，而大山裡的晚上，你衹能房間蹲。
5，重頭來了，我於夜裡感冒突然發燒，閨蜜第一反應求助前台。前台女孩回答他們沒有配備任何葯品，便掛斷電話。在明知客人肯定有身體情況，且我們深處大山時，不聞不問。閨蜜遂打開外賣準備買葯，發現根本買不到任何。情急之下打算一個女孩子開車帶我去醫院。那時是晚上十點。我沒辦法求助管家微信求葯，管家也説酒店規定不能配，我表示理解，給了我一碗薑湯排汗，後來這的確有用。但這個過程已將本來入住體驗拉入谷底。
6，夜湯笑話：晚上服務人員來送一碗銀耳湯，閨蜜開門發現就一晚，遂問我們兩個人哎，小女孩機械回答：我們一個房間就一碗。哈哈，這個1400塊一晚上的酒店，五塊成本不到的銀耳湯，其實可以不拿過來。
事後總結：帶小孩或者長者的朋友，警惕如果突然生病，這家酒店幾乎沒有應急能力也沒有態度幫助你。這個價錢沒有必要像我一樣花錢買教訓。

這次入住宜興西岸凰川酒店，給我留下了非常深刻的印象。酒店環境優雅，設施齊全，最重要的是，酒店人員的熱情服務讓我倍感温暖。
從踏入酒店的那一刻起，我就感受到了賓至如歸的體驗。前台工作人員笑容親切，辦理入住手續高效快捷，還貼心地為我介紹了酒店的各項設施和周邊景點。客房寬敞明亮，佈置温馨舒適，床品柔軟舒適，讓我一夜好眠。
酒店的三個餐廳各具特色，因為時間關係，衹體驗了早餐和午餐，口味和服務都很不錯，服務人員的細緻周到更是為美食加分。mini吧首輪酒水免費，在露台上喝點啤酒喝點茶看看風景，體會一下悠然自在的放鬆。雨墨旅拍的服務也很不錯，贊一下。
總的來説，這次入住宜興西岸凰川酒店是一次非常愉快的體驗。酒店人員的熱情服務、美味的餐飲和舒適的住宿環境都讓我印象深刻。等穿暖花開再來宜興一定會再次選擇這裏。
