This stay was a truly wonderful experience. From arrival to departure, I felt completely comfortable. The hotel's location is a real plus. Just a 10-minute walk from Ili's famous tourist attraction, Kazanchi, the surrounding area is packed with shopping malls and unique restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for both commuting and dining. The front desk clerk was incredibly efficient during check-in and even proactively upgraded me to a higher-floor room. He greeted me with a smile throughout the entire process, making it incredibly friendly. The room was even more of a delight. The signature ”zero-pressure mattress” lived up to its reputation, offering soft, gentle bedding and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a seamless, restful night's sleep. The amenities were exceptional, including electric curtains and high-speed Wi-Fi. The bathroom had a complete dry/wet separation, and the toiletries were excellent. The breakfast was incredibly acclaimed! They offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, ranging from traditional Chinese delicacies like steamed buns and freshly cooked noodles to Western options like bacon and bread. The ingredients were fresh, balanced, and the dining environment was exceptionally elegant. It's truly rare to find a hotel with such excellent value. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this city, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

I have stayed in so many hotels in Vienna, Tianjin, Urumqi, and Yili. So far, this one is the one I am most satisfied with. It seems that this is the only one in Yili. You cannot use the ID card photo to check in. You must have the original. You also opened the suitcase and took the ID card before checking in. In other aspects, it can be said that the cost performance is very high. The water volume of the tap hot water is relatively small. I called the front desk and asked and immediately sent someone to check it out. They said that it might be more relaxed. They also gave a solution and said that next time you check in, you can get a discount or free upgrade to the room type. If I was not happy with my stay, I would not give these comments.
