房間是一棟家庭住宅改的，樓下幾間房，樓上幾間房，房間裏衹有一張雙人床，空調，沒有電視，沒有衞生間，衞生間是公共衞生間平台上沒有標註，床上沒有被子，老闆給了一條毛毯，一條單子連個被套都沒套，衞生狀況堪憂，沒有提供一次性洗漱用品，位置也不是很便利，性價比低。
