我算是咱們酒店的常客了，一直以來都挺支持咱們這兒的生意。不過，最近這幾次住宿體驗讓我有些失望。每次請服務人員打掃房間衞生時，他們大多就衹是簡單地更換一下垃圾筐，像桌面、地面的清潔都做得很敷衍，衞生間的角落也清理不到位，感覺完全沒有用心對待，和咱們酒店一直宣稱的優質服務不太匹配，希望能重視改進一下。
