設施：洗衣機不是滾筒的，11-12樓的洗澡水非常小，需要改進. 都不能洗頭
服務：前台小妹友好有幫助
衞生：房間寬敞乾淨.
有乒乓球枱可以玩！

酒店設施一般，可能是接了很多旅遊團，早上6點開始樓道里吵吵嚷嚷的，聲音很大，前台説早餐8.00開始，8:30上去就剩一點殘羹剩飯，喝的奶茶什麼的都沒有了，服務人員也不願意加説是他們第一波客人已經吃完走了，態度不好！在攜程訂過那麼多酒店，第一次給差評，真的需要改進，尤其是早餐和服務態度

酒店很新，床軟，乾淨。
但是水壓不太行，酒店有十幾層，衹有兩部電梯，退房時有點要命，等好幾個都是滿載。
總的來説，還是不錯，離火車站也近。

感覺是很老的酒店翻新的，設施衞生完全跟價格不匹配，酒店接了很多旅遊團，上午電梯非常擠，如果不是為了方便第二天趕高鐵，絕不會住

房間很大，床也很大，乾淨衞生；
衞生間半乾濕分離（淋浴間沒有門，水會濺出），蓮蓬頭的位置太高，適合姚明使用；
不滿意的一點：早餐提供時間是8:00-10:30，我們9:00到餐廳的時候，除了兩種稀飯外，大部分容器都是空的，也沒人補充。
