The rooms, bathrooms and public areas are cleaned spotlessly, and the bedding has no smell, which makes people feel at ease. The price is very competitive in the same location, less than 200 yuan per capita can enjoy a clean and comfortable environment, cost-effective! However, the fly in the ointment is that the hotel does not have an elevator, and it is a bit difficult to climb the stairs with large luggage; the room space is relatively cramped, and there are not many activity areas after the 28-inch suitcase is expanded. I was traveling with my parents. Everything was good at the beginning. The security guard helped to arrange a spacious parking space for us, until problems arose after check-out. When I arrived in Urumqi in the evening and was about to have dinner, the call came at around 9:00 p.m. (I checked out at around 11:00 a.m.). I thought they wanted a good review again, but it turned out to be asking me how many pillows were in the room when I checked in. When I replied that there was no shortage of pillows, the store's reply was ”that's okay, forget it.” What do you mean by this? Do you think we took your pillow? Or am I deliberately trying to disgust you by not giving you a good review in time? The location is a little bit hidden in an alley, however I love how it is nestled among the local restaurants and houses, you get to see how the people live on the daily basis. Otherwise the room is clean, amenities are great too. If you are a light-sleeper, it can be a little bit noisy since it is located near houses. But overall, it is a great guesthouse if you would like a place near town as a base for your travel. The owner’s daugther though..despite my limited Mandarin, she went away and beyond to help me with literally everything from booking a bus, and communicating with a DiDi driver to mail my AirPod which I had left in the car at a different city!  She arranged for it to be sent to my next location which I had book prior, ensured that the postman gave the mail to me personally by phonecall. She is one of the sweetest person I have met during my solo travel to China.
