價格不貴，一進門就有一股撲鼻的異味，樓道燈也是壞的，黑燈瞎火，房間內也有多設施都是壞的，地面牆面各種污垢，無法言語。

房間不貴，但衞生較差，衞生間設備有損壞。便宜嘛，也衹能這條件了。夜間馬路對面是夜宵飯店，喝酒，叫罵，吵鬧，一夜都沒法睡。唯一好處就是火車站近點。臨時寄存個包，臨走老闆還沒不高興，看樣子還想收費。勸大家，要不差三五塊錢，最後慎重選擇他家。

希望是這輩子住過最差的，不過價格也最低，因為凌晨趕火車所以隨便找個廉價單間，就在火車站邊。

距離火車站150左右。交通便利，去龍虎山有公交及個體巴士。吃的比較多，多條街上都是餐館。自助餐有10元，15元，18元的段位，能吃到多個時令蔬菜。老闆人不錯，多次問我有什麼需要，最後還優惠了房租。下次再來鷹潭還會選擇這裏。
