窗外就是大海！能看到觀景台和鮁魚公主，視野非常好！很滿意，家裡人也一直在誇房間選的好，嘿嘿😁老闆人也很好，很熱情也很熱心。非常開心的一次入住體驗。（因為是海邊熱鬧的景區，晚上沙灘上還有放煙花的，所以習慣早睡且睡眠淺的朋友們可以自備耳塞，我家人都是秒睡選手，所以沒有這種困擾）

有小陽台可以燒烤 屋裡也有電磁爐和蒸鍋 衝著趕海來玩兒的人早上挖了晚上就蒸 窗外就是海 到廣場中心很近 一層大廳有飲品水果超市餐廳 雖然公寓樓可能有些老但是位置超絕又真的一條龍什麼都有 性價比超高

衞生：到的比較早，房間還在收拾，知道已經到了就先收拾這間了，雖然很匆忙但收拾的很乾凈了，普通民宿能做到這麼乾淨很不容易了。
服務：加了房東的微信，大哥很熱心，會主動問需求，講一些旅遊攻略，推薦的餐館等等…，入住那天大姐還特意敲門拿了些趕海的工具過來，房間裏本來也有水桶，鏟子什麼的。
環境：正對山海廣場，白天坐在陽台發呆，晚上看看日落不錯，不過因為是淡季所以晚上渤海明珠的燈都沒開，有點遺憾，房間陽台的小彩燈算是給我點安慰吧！周邊配套設施不太好，衹有樓下一個商店，所以吃飯什麼的會離得比較遠，不過也可以叫外賣。
設施：比較特別的是，陽台的藤椅，小桌子，浴室裏有浴缸，最喜歡的是屋子裡的大小兩個枱燈。為了方便做飯，還在櫃子裏準備了電磁爐，蒸鍋，菜刀，確實很周到了，唯一比較失望的就是沒有提供紙巾很一次性拖鞋了，這裏提個建議，浴室的拖鞋也換換吧確實有點戰損了
