Wonderful summertime trip! I’m a foreigner who lives in Guangzhou, and I went up for the weekend to escape the heat by the lake. The property is designed so that you do not need to leave for a 2-day, 1-night stay (everything you need and want is in the property). There’s two great pools (but a swim cap is needed), a mini-amusement park attached, hot springs, and a tea field that you can go visit. I did it all. I highly recommend paying the 50RMB at the tea field to go picking and tea tasting, super unique experience. The room was comfy with good AC.

I have always wanted to take my family to Yingde to see the mountains. I have chosen a hotel and homestay on the Internet for a long time. The overall design of the room is good and quite spacious. This is my second stay. The front desk service is good in all aspects.
Fault 1⃣️: When I was about to go to sleep, I opened the quilt and saw blood stains... (I forgot to take a photo) This was disgusting. I called the front desk and asked the room manager to come and solve the problem. I didn’t know if the person who came was the foreman. Look. After a while, he said, ah, the cleaners did not use strong decontamination when washing. Let me change you to a new quilt. That's it, and did not give any other solutions or explanations.
Disadvantage 2⃣️: When the aunt came to change the bed sheets and quilt covers, the removed quilt core was dragged to the floor. It is not a carpet, and she didn’t even take off her shoes to step in. Isn’t it dirty after mopping the floor?
Disadvantage 3⃣️: During breakfast in the morning, the kitchen staff was talking very loudly (complaining about other guests) and using extremely uncivilized words (swearing). There were not many people eating breakfast, so it was quite disturbing.

The experience of staying this time was very good! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very good, and the service was attentive. The waiter personally took us to the underground parking lot, and the security guard personally took us to the roadside to find a parking space. The hotel also reimbursed the parking fee.
The room may be newly renovated, the wiring pipe of the sink is unsightly exposed, the faucet of the wash basin is installed incorrectly, and water splashes everywhere! The decoration style in the room is indeed a bit earthy, and the color combination is hard to describe 😂

OOuminipaluoEntering the store, meeting the couple running a coffee bakery, very busy entertaining guests. The coffee shop is the same owner of the hotel. At first glance, there are people who are pursuing it. The front desk is equipped with Kafa double-headed second generation and Galileo mill. With Mingqian Jinbiao bean and Beichuan Banbingwei Matcha powder, different drinks have special cups, and the details show the pursuit of quality. Group purchase a cup of 9.9 American, the product is good, even the ice machine is hard ice.
The room facilities are very new, clean and tidy, no foreign objects including floor drains. The bathroom is designed with open dry and wet separation, but the water retaining strip of the open sink is unreasonable and it is easy to overflow to the opposite side. The small disadvantage is that there is no TV and refrigerator in the room. The towels are disposable, the linen is solved by the homestay, and the sanitary condition is good.
Private soup is a highlight of the room. The setting and lighting design are reasonable. Obviously, after professional design, the lighting UGR is properly controlled. The earth gun design does not understand this. The hot spring has an independent water meter limit. The homestay purchases from the south bank to ensure purity, which is different from the repeated burning of boilers in some nearby hotels.
Breakfast is of high standard, offering two choices of Chinese and Western, Chinese shrimp wonton noodles and Western brunch can be paired with optional drinks. The bread materials and production process in the store are first-class, and the decoration bar on the croissant is symmetrical. It is a level of obsessive-compulsive disorder. The price is far more than the same price in Guangzhou. When leaving the store, I specially purchased and packaged a batch.
Yingde Rosinxiang Mountain House is located on the shore of Xianhu Lake, surrounded by a group of villas, mainly developed by Dongyide Group, and the occupancy rate of villas is low. The larger hotel nearby is based on the style of Yifenglu, a combination of Chinese and Western style, but compared with the homestay, individuals are more inclined to the experience of a quality homestay. Nearby to Black Tea Valley and Star Camp are on the south bank, Red Banner Tea Factory and Chocolate Kingdom are not far from driving.

GGuest UserIt's a family run business. The rooms were very clean and tidy. There is a lift, so convenien. The owners were so friendly and helpful, providing us all information we need to explore the local attractions. They also sell tickets to the attractions at the cheaper prices than apps. During our visit, we encountered a problem on transportation. The owner drove a long way to pick us back to their building with no charges, so kind and really taking good care of customers. Highly recommend!

I don't think they get many foreign guests here and the staff were especially accommodating to me, even bringing fresh fruit and other snacks to my room as a way of showing hospitality. As for the hotel itself, it is an impressively large building with a classical style; the rooms themselves contain many dark woods that would have been seen in the Chinese hotels of yesterday. Everything is clean and well-maintained and the amenities are that of a far more expensive hotel. The location is within walking distance of the main shopping district but also close to the 'old town', where surprisingly impoverished and ramshackle dwellings can be seen. There is a bus station around 2km away that has services to popular tourist destinations like Jiulong village. The hotel itself may also provide such services but I didn't ask about that this time. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Yingde!

The B&B is a residence owned by the owner, and the sanitary environment is quite good. The rooms on the first floor have their own bathrooms, and there are 3 rooms on the second floor. One room has its own bathroom, the other two rooms share a bathroom, and there is a room on the third floor. , there is a bathroom at the door, so it is quite convenient! We stayed here on New Year's Eve, and the New Year atmosphere was very strong! The whole family is very happy! We used to go to Guangzhou and feel this kind of Chinese New Year atmosphere during the Chinese New Year. It was so unforgettable that the boss even gave our children red envelopes🧧hahaha! We had a child celebrating his birthday that day, and the boss even helped order a cake. Not to mention, it was quite delicious and amazing👍🏻The overall feeling was really good. When we came back from dinner, the parking space in front of the door was occupied. Environment: The environment is large, but the parking lot is well planned, and we arrived early. The room we were arranged is also very close to the hot spring area and very convenient. I soaked in the pool in the room at night and the next morning, including two pools of water.

GGuest UserThe scenery is really good, but the mountain road is really difficult to drive. We also encountered a tourist bus on the way and had to back up to let it pass. It's normal to have small insects in the room because it's in the mountains! I booked a place called Yuedi, which is actually two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. It's too big, haha. Except that the shower water flows a little slower, everything else is pretty good. The food in the B&B is delicious, especially the baked chicken pot, thumbs up. This place is suitable for daydreaming and relaxing, anyway, it's pretty good.

XXiaoxianvxiaThe courtyard room on the first floor of the B&B is very comfortable and very large. You can sit and drink tea in the courtyard and look at the Beijiang River. The sunset is beautiful. There is a fishing spot next to it. There are many fishing experts and there are motorboats for fun. The restaurant in the B&B has good food, and the steamed Beijiang River with oil and salt is delicious. It is worth recommending to friends who like a quiet vacation and enjoy river views.
