3-Star Hotels in Yingde

This is the most satisfying villa I have stayed in during this period. No matter the service, hygiene or environment, it is super value!!! The facilities are complete. We were upgraded to a villa with KTV. I didn't expect to see fireworks at night. It was really a surprise + amazing! It's close to the Chinese New Year🧨We waited for the children to have a holiday, so it was a staggered trip, so the price-performance ratio was very good👍The sanitation was very clean. The villa has already started to decorate for the New Year. There is a great atmosphere. Our whole family is very satisfied and likes it very much. The parents are happy and the children are having fun. The housekeeper's service is very good. All the requirements can be met. She also recommended the nearby Red Flag Tea Factory and Chocolate Kingdom to us. They are always available. We will come again next time!

I went to Baojing Palace to stay at this hotel. The front desk service was very good. If there are elderly people in the family, they will be arranged on the 4th floor without going up the stairs. The environment is clean and hygienic! Convenient parking! Even after twelve o'clock at night, there are still children shouting and playing in the corridor. Room service staff should increase their service awareness and take the initiative to mediate, instead of asking customers to respond to problems before handling them.

I was visiting relatives and friends out of town and searched around online. I felt that the price of this hotel was affordable. The pictures on the Internet were also good. Check-in was super fast. The beautiful woman at the front desk was attentive and enthusiastic. The room equipment was brand new. The location is in the city center. Whether shopping or shopping It’s super convenient for late night snacks. I’ll stay here next time I come to Yingde.

I have lived in so many Lavande houses. This one has the worst experience. The stairs at the door are high and the room is small. The most funny thing is to go to the restaurant for breakfast. Tell Auntie that the soup powder does not need beef. Others have to say that she does not want eggs. Then I will say again. She said that she does not want green vegetables. A problem has to be said three times to understand, check out and the front desk to know that there is a problem with the ear, I can't think of the boss of Lavande so good, but also invited the disabled to work, but fortunately encountered my good temper, if you encounter bad temper early open scolding

4. The second time I stayed at this Vienna hotel, I came with children twice. The handsome guy at the front desk remembered that we had been here last time and sent 2 buffet breakfasts, haha happy. Booked a twin bed together to take the children to sleep, very big, just roll around, haha (my baby is more naughty). The next day I went to the restaurant for breakfast. My son liked the spring roll very much. The aunt said that they made it by hand. The ingredients were very fresh. Haha, eat at ease. I will book this store with my father when I come to Yingde with my baby.

The overall design of the room is good and quite spacious. This is my second stay. The front desk service is good in all aspects. Fault 1⃣️: When I was about to go to sleep, I opened the quilt and saw blood stains... (I forgot to take a photo) This was disgusting. I called the front desk and asked the room manager to come and solve the problem. I didn’t know if the person who came was the foreman. Look. After a while, he said, ah, the cleaners did not use strong decontamination when washing. Let me change you to a new quilt. That's it, and did not give any other solutions or explanations. Disadvantage 2⃣️: When the aunt came to change the bed sheets and quilt covers, the removed quilt core was dragged to the floor. It is not a carpet, and she didn’t even take off her shoes to step in. Isn’t it dirty after mopping the floor? Disadvantage 3⃣️: During breakfast in the morning, the kitchen staff was talking very loudly (complaining about other guests) and using extremely uncivilized words (swearing). There were not many people eating breakfast, so it was quite disturbing.

The hotel was very good - easy check-in (other hotels can be rather difficult these days due to COVID), and a very decent breakfast of pork noodles and coffee. The room was superb though - very neat and clean and beautiful, better than I expected it to be. There were lots of nice touches, like the room having a bluetooth connection so you could play music through room speakers, and some free tea, and drinking water on-tap. Service was very pleasant too. The town itself isn't too exciting, but you're in easy reach of the cave and glass bridge and other attractions. If visiting Jiulong ideally it's best if you drive there, but taxis are cheap if you need one.

The second time I came to Yingde Huanghua, I thought that the homestays here were quite good, so I wanted to experience the camp. The name of the camp at first thought it was related to Yuyu. To be honest, it was quiet and comfortable to stay here. The washing Lazar is in a seemingly modified container, strange, but very bright and clean, take a bath does not have to be too nervous. I knew that there were many surrounding attractions last time, but this time I found that some scenery still depends on the season. There is a hot air balloon next door, but I am afraid of heights. I found that there is a farmhouse next door, and there are many places to eat on the country roads of the camp. The whole is quite convenient. At night, it was obviously cooler, and I felt that there was air conditioning in the heat. It was not a problem for people who didn't pick a bed. This camp is not very dry, a few more friends will come to have a barbecue and make a fire.

Room pictures are suspected of cheating. We went to the mountain view from the beautiful large floor-to-ceiling windows in the picture. Arrived and found that was not the case. We booked four luxury suites, and it turned out that some had street views from the window, or other rooms in the hotel, and some rooms had a small corner of the mountain. The customer service of the hotel is ineffective, the attitude is not good, and they are plausible, saying that not all rooms can be placed in the photos, and there are rooms like this, you are too late. . . (We arrived after 5pm). Hotel customer service can not understand customer needs and dissatisfaction, can not coordinate, give bad reviews. I can't help it, and I can't withdraw it.
