總的來説非常好的一次體驗，訂的套房，房間麪江，風景非常好，房間也有個温泉池，也可以去公共區域温泉，套房還有電動麻將桌。非常棒

挺安靜，就是餐廳少了，早茶不錯

1. First of all, the check-in status is inconsistent with the phone verification. Except for the hotel manager and the service lady who handles the dispute, the attitude of the other service staff needs to be improved. The specific housing location and situation are not stated; the bathroom in the hotel lobby and The sanitary conditions in the tourist area are very poor. The sanitary environment of the food market (seafood restaurant and bar) in the tourist area is very poor. The bowls, chopsticks and cups are all filthy and moldy (unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures). 2. Secondly, after checking in, there was no hot water supply for showering. Even after negotiating a room change, the hot water supply was intermittent and the experience was poor. After negotiating the room change, the service lady told me that unlimited hot spring baths were available in the room, but the hot spring bath was not available. The hot water in the bathhouse cannot provide water, so it feels like empty talk; Liquan Hot Spring in the tourist area said that there are more than 10 hot spring pools, but only 6 were opened that day. 🈚️Coming in to participate in the experience, it is impossible to say Hot spring reviews. Finally, we encountered an elevator malfunction before checking out, and the whole family was almost trapped in the elevator. 3. During the entire trip, except for the boat trip to see the Xinyang Gorge, which was worth visiting, the rest of the trip was overall unpleasant (the sanitary conditions inside the boat traveling to the Xinyang Gorge were also poor, and the toilets were quite messy).

休閑渡假舒適，這次國慶假期剛好有煙花秀，效果不錯！但住房設施略顯陳舊，自助早餐一次不如一次了，品種少出品不怎樣，這樣會降低住客的整體體驗感。

酒店在景區裏，節假日人比較多。我們安排住在公寓樓，朋友安排在酒店房間，距離有點遠，穿過一條吵雜的食街，不好找。據説酒店房間裝修和設施都很舊。公寓樓比較新，還帶私人温泉池和爐具。房間所有的設施還比較新，但品質比較次，特別是彈簧床墊是我前所未有的體驗，真實感覺到躺在一條條彈簧上，一晚都沒睡好。最搞笑的是還有一張損壞傢俱價目表，很有8090年代小旅館的感覺，仍然存在於2024年廣東省。小朋友摔壞了一個玻璃杯，我很主動地賠了15元，畢竟明碼實價的提醒了。但這種不貼心和不細緻的服務質量，景區和酒店不會向朋友推薦了。
