衞生可以，但設施欠缺，價格是較低，但設施不行。沒有電梯，高層的房走上去都懶得下來了。浴室沒有乾濕分離，洗澡都把馬桶弄濕。沒有排氣扇，廁所自能開窗通風。空調對着床頭，被子很厚開低空調容易感冒……
