我經常在攜程上體驗各類酒店，但銀川萬怡酒店的服務質量讓我難以忘懷。當我入住的時候，酒店前台幫我免費升級了轉角大床房，讓我倍感驚喜。而且他們的服務態度非常好，讓我感受到了家的温暖。
更讓我感動的是，半夜突然拉肚子，酒店工作人員（前台Susan）還專門安排為我送來了葯物，感受到了他們的關懷和貼心。
