在酒店辦理入住，必須誇誇前台服務人員！從進門就熱情迎接，笑容滿面，耐心解答我所有周邊景點與路線，辦理手續高效又利落。態度親切温和，讓人瞬間有了回家的感覺。這般熱情周到的服務，真心點贊，也為酒店增色不少呀！酒店旁邊就有很多小餐廳，味道也都不錯，性價比也很高。點了外賣，有專門的機器人配送，也很方便。酒店環境也很好，保持的很乾凈，在寧夏來説絕對是優先選擇。

選了好幾個銀川五星級酒店，最終定下温和瑞錦。首先，一到酒店，就能感覺服務非常好，大堂很大氣寬敞，門口有人幫助拿箱子進大堂，前台服務專業，還給升級房間到套房，套房很棒。第二，房間佈置整潔合理温馨，沖涼房出水很大，下水很通暢。第三，房間床品很舒適，很滿意。第四，早餐豐盛，很好。第五，周邊很方便，離鼓樓步行街、新華街商圈、萬達廣場這些逛街的地方很近，逛累了可以回酒店休息一下。

不得不誇這家酒店：設施設備方便快捷。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪柔軟舒適。衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴設備出水順暢且水温穩定，洗漱用品品質也不錯。電視、空調等電器一應俱全，操作簡單便捷，我們小孩愛看動畫片，重點是還可以進行投屏。酒店還有健身房，健身房器材齊全且維護的也比較好，早餐是自助的，菜的種類也比較多，有當地特色的拉麪和羊雜這些。入住體驗非常滿意，服務人員態度友好，響應迅速，提供了很多幫助。交通便利，靠近市中心，周邊景點眾多，非常適合商務和休閑旅行。下次還會選擇這裏。

盲定的一家酒店結果驚喜很多。晚上辦理入住前台升級了房間朝向可以看到夜景。酒店很安靜。最關鍵的是我們行程計劃去寧夏博物館。結果博物館、寧夏科技館，圖書館、美術館半小時左右
都可以到達。酒店早餐也很滿意～果斷續住一晚上，還去就近周邊萬達廣場看了電影。從沙漠玩回來推薦住這裏。
