酒店在銀川傳統市中心核心位置，個人住過很多次
酒店的設施在剛開業時間到現在時至今日整體看下來還是比較好的
衞生一直很到位
環境保持的很好
服務其實一直是這個酒店的很核心的競爭力之一，希望保持好
酒店因為時間比較久所以可能沒有新項目酒店硬件更佳，但這個酒店在現有硬件基礎上能從設施衞生環境服務緯度做到這個階段，已經跑贏了很多同行，所以個人還是很滿意的，還是要推薦，下次來銀川還是會選擇這裏的！

第一次來銀川，選了西府井，位置在鼓樓附近，前台主動幫我升級了房間，房型很寬敞。
提供客房送餐服務，餐品食材新鮮，口味也很正。尤其是桂花海棠果這道涼品格外讓人驚喜，除了西府海棠的美譽，加上金色的桂花，在正月十五的日子裏寓意着紅紅火火。
在客房點餐APP出現了不能點餐的情形下，工作人員也處理的非常及時和迅速，令人很暖心。
贈送的暖冬下午茶是酒店旁咖啡館提供的，感覺質量可以提升一些，熱可可不夠濃，小甜點放的時間有點久了。
浴室淋浴頭的水壓非常給力，温度也很穩定，洗浴用品也很令人放鬆，
但是有一個小情況，就是我這個房間控制淋浴頭的卡座有點滑了，控制不住淋浴頭的方向，這個酒店可能需要維護一下。
我看到有評論説沒有提供茶包和咖啡膠囊，我剛開始也是這麼覺得的，
後來問了前台，原來都放在一個非常隱蔽的位置裏，
哈哈哈，大家如果入住的話，可以自己找一下在哪裡。
總之，我的這次入住體驗挺好的，值得推薦。

入住前酒店的大堂副理 Lucy 打電話詢問了入住需求並且發送了一份酒店介紹以及周邊設施很貼心， 房間內乾淨整潔，還配有加濕器，咖啡機，辦理入住時前台服務人員 sasha 態度很好，介紹很仔細，體驗感很好。

西府井還是一如既往的給人驚喜，服務特別好，前廳的小胡和小李服務非常熱情，我在辦理入住的時候還很介紹了“暖冬禮遇”的使用時間和地點，感覺飯店的網絡應該是升級過，在房卡套的裏面放了一張無線WiFi的用户名和密碼的提示條，給我安排了一個陽面房間，真的很貼心，為西府井點贊。
