Great stay! Very friendly personal. The rooms were very clean and we enjoyed staying there. The location is somewhat funky; it looks like they repurposed a convention Center and packed tons of hotel into that place.

誰懂啊！這家酒店真的把“貼心”刻進DNA裏了！前台小姐姐辦理入住時遞來的茶水，房間裏提前調至26℃的空調，大包小包的的行李幫我們送到房間，因為我們有帶孩子，前台還貼心的給我們多送了幾瓶水讓給孩子沖奶用，過來旅遊住了這麼多酒店，第一次有種被提前想到所有需求的感覺，很喜歡房間和大廳的設計，都融合了巖畫的特色，謝謝你們下次有機會來銀川還會選擇你們酒店的😊

被酒店的細節狠狠圈粉！房間佈局合理，收納空間充足，洗漱台乾濕分離設計超實用。衞浴用品品質在線，熱水穩定且水壓充足。走廊安靜無噪音，隔音效果超出預期。前台辦理入住、退房都很快捷，還會主動告知周邊美食和交通，服務細緻不敷衍。整體環境温馨舒適，像回家一樣自在，值得滿分推薦～

比較差的一次體驗，早上吃早餐，早餐的盤子都感覺沒有洗乾淨，帶着水，看起來都是水漬的痕跡，酒店帶尖角的地方很多，出去旅遊那麼多次，帶着孩子，第一次居然在酒店房間，孩子摔跤磕到頭流血，滿頭血的帶去醫院的，幸好醫院就在酒店旁邊，還好沒有太嚴重，唯一覺得好一點就是酒店服務還行吧，中秋節一家子在酒店，知道孩子受傷，續房給了優惠，送了很多點心。

1.房間：面積還挺大的，整個蘭溪谷商場裏面都是各種中高檔酒店，是一個酒店集羣，從商場進入酒店大堂，裝修整個都很好。
2.停車：免費，位置也很多。
3.服務：房間服務很好，水不夠，打掃清潔的大姐也很爽快的又給了兩瓶。
4.早餐：國慶期間在這裏住了兩家酒店，這家更便宜，還帶早餐，我覺得很划算。都是新開的酒店，環境其實都很好，那就比配套和服務了。

新開的酒店，旁邊是商務羣，有十幾家酒店，環境各方面都很好，淋浴間和馬桶，洗漱台都是分開的，房間很寬敞，早餐也很豐富，我們連住酒店還送了水果，酒店旁邊吃飯，停車都很方便。
