第一次遇到住酒店喝酒店提供的礦泉水要錢的，電視放不起喊了工作人員來修也沒修好，還説看什麼電視嘛，空調真的堪憂根本沒用樣，開到30度還是冷，感覺空調就是擺設，熱水放了半天才温温熱，都不敢給娃洗澡。

房間還行，環境也不錯，早餐簡單，有點雞肋的就是酒店提供的礦泉水400毫升，讓另外給兩瓶，前台説三塊錢一瓶。真的讓人覺得很不舒服。

酒店是典型的客家建築風格，房間衞生安靜，室內設施佈置有特色，服務熱情周到，早餐的米線挺好的！十一假期入住，晚上還有客家篝火晚會！

房間還比較新，佈局也很合理，安靜舒適，窗外看出去是這樣的。位於客博園裡麪，晚上還可以圍着篝火跳舞，那家客家水席也好吃。
