Everything was perfect only check 3 times just successful. First time: 2.40pm room haven’t done yet Cou 3pm check in, so we went to tea break ( hotel preparation) Second time: 3.00pm : still no yet, we go outside walk around Third time: 3.30pm ONLY DONE 4 rooms 4.30pm just get LAST room. So disappointed about this. No any further action about late preparation

The room we booked was a loft style room. The room itself is very compact , so there wasn’t any area to actually sit and relax sadly. The bathroom was very tight and the onsen itself wasn’t very big but sufficient. However, there is an open hot spring on the roof top. The swimming pool was good as well as was the good size jacuzzis which my toddler loved. Breakfast had good selection. Dinner was very quiet and heard we were their first customers on their soft opening. The food was good overall. The location is good as it’s smack bang in the middle of town with lots of tourist wondering around. I think this hotel just lacks that extra thoughtful touch for their clients , eg. Robes, little welcome notes which some of the other 4 star hot spring hotels nearby do pay attention to. The walk wall to the room had a musky odour but the staff were curious and helpful, especially when next room were making noises up until late ! I would suggest a change of uniform for the stay because they all seem to wear a white work shirt and black trousers which is so eighties! Also, there is a middle age gentlemen I saw walking around all day and night, usually eating at the restaurant and sitting at the front lounge with his laptop working. I’m wondering if he’s the Manager/ GM, because if he is , I would suggest he smile a little because he did seem very grumpy and miserable . I could be wrong .

Great for family stay. Nice hot spring bathtub. We enjoyed the stay very much.

The greater the expectations, the greater the disappointment. It’s been a while since I’ve written such a long comment. No malicious comments, just sincerely disappointed. Facilities: At this price, the room facilities are a bit disappointing. 1. There are not many TVs to watch. 2. The bathroom decoration is not very good; the bathtub is small...the toilet water pressure is not enough... 3. The elevator…it took a long time… 4. The slippers in the room are too cheap... You can refer to Just Sleep or Jingquan next door. Serve: 1. The front desk service is just like that. There is no enthusiastic introduction to hotel services and facilities. Although breakfast is included with the room rate, at least tell the customer the time and place of the meal. (It makes me feel like I have lived there) 2. When I have breakfast alone, I don’t bring guests to the side to eat. It feels very uncomfortable and makes me want to be autistic. 3. WIFI should be mentioned when handing over the room card to the customer, instead of asking the customer to call the front desk to ask, and then the front desk will inform the room that there is an A4 paper with writing on it.

The hotel's equipment is very new and the front desk is very polite. The room and toilet are also very clean, and the coffee comes in ear-hanging bags instead of the usual three-in-one. It only takes five minutes to walk to Jiaoxi Station and night market.

The location is great, and the breakfast is hearty enough, especially the freshly made beef soup is delicious, fresh and sweet. The bed is very good and I can sleep until dawn. It will be my first choice next time I go to Jiaoxi. Haha.

The hotel is located on Jiaoxi Road in the city center. There are B1~B4 parking lots in the basement for convenient parking and shopping. It is worthy of being a 4-star hotel. The breakfast dishes are delicious and diverse. The swimming pool and spa pool on the third floor are quite large.
